It offers great comfort, state-of-the-art equipment, photovoltaic panels, and a stunning sea view. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it provides a local atmosphere and easy access.
You will never experience a water outage here.
The two bedrooms are not rented separately: the villa is entirely private for you!
