"The house is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which we loved. Loved hav8ng the pool to ourselves. Grateful that there's a washer and dryer. The house was clean but could have been cleaner (drawers and rugs.) The one bad thing but quite disappointing for us was that the grill was very low on gas and my husband was REALLY looking forward to grilling for his birthday."

"Hotel is nice and clean. I only have a couple of things that I’m sure people are used to. They say no smoking rooms but our room still smelled like smoke. Also the mattress was a little tough/hard. But other than that, no complaints. Room was clean, it was quiet enough, a lot of parking. I’d stay again. I went to visit family so it was a good spot not centered in all the chaos of Vegas."

"Property is excellent, host is communicative. It's a rental, there little things. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. It was perfect for my family, we were very comfortable. The neighborhood is nice, the pool was great, and it served as an excellent home base for our adventures. Plenty of excellent restaurants and shops near by, I highly recommend nittayas if you enjoy Thai, and the local butcher Featherblade cannot be beat. Albertsons is close by for groceries and Walmarts only a short drive. Don't hesitate to stay here, it's great!"

"This was our fifth year and we will keep coming back. Wonderful host, she is out of sight next door and would never stop over unless she sends a text first. An incredibly landscaped backyard with a big pool. Very relaxing. Not real close to the strip, and that may be a positive for some! We play golf every day, sit by the pool in the afternoon and grill at nigh. Sigrid is a wonderful host with a beautiful, relaxing (and great value) house."
