Guests have full access to the entire house, including the private pool, spa, & backyard. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Free parking is available in the garage & driveway.

Please note: Outdoor music is strictly prohibited per local regulations.

Other things to note
Security Camera & Noise Monitoring Device:
• There are 2 security cameras in the property located in the front yard- one is monitoring the front of the garage and the other one front of the house.
•They are recording 24/7 for security purposes.
•There is also a noise monitor installed. It is not recording video or audio.

NOISE:
• All Desert Cities in Riverside County have strict ordinances that govern vacation rentals.
• In particular, we want you to note that "NO outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes." I know, we all love our tunes out by the pool, but it's just not allowed by law. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the home).
• Please abide by this rule so you don't get fined by the police, and so we don't lose our vacation rental permit.
• Any fines, citations or penalties imposed against the property owner for actions triggering a violation of the City of Palm Springs will be deducted from the damage deposit. Such examples can be found in our House Rules.
• All Credit card fees are not refundable if reservation is canceled.

Pet Policy and Fee:
•Dogs welcome! $150 flat pet fee for entire stay (1 small dog under 15 lbs max and must be non-aggressive and house-trained).
•No other animals are allowed (no cats, birds, reptiles, large dogs, or aggressive dogs).
