"Perfect location and the room was great for what we needed. The pool was fantastic, a lot bigger than it looks in the photos. The best part was the staff, they were super friendly and helpful. Oh, and extremely dog friendly property. "

"While there were a few positives, our overall experience was disappointing. The rooms felt very outdated, and the bathroom was quite small. Unfortunately, the shower did not work well, and our room wasn’t the cleanest—there was trash left behind from previous guests, which was unacceptable. The walls were also very thin, and we could easily hear noise from neighboring rooms as well as the people above us. That said, the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed the outdoor area—it was beautiful, clean, and the pool was very nice. However, the parking fees were ridiculous and added to the frustration. Because of these issues, we will definitely not be staying here again."

"Staff was nice, attentive to issues, but very soft, old mattress (not good if you have a bad back, as I do). TV required repeated log in, every single time we wanted to watch it-annoying. SUPER loud AC unit & way too many insects in pool. Loud child was in adult pool so we cut our pool time short; we were told there would also be a very loud DJ Saturday-glad we checked out prior to that. If you want peace & quiet, this may not be optimal. It’s an older property (former motel??) w/ a cosmetic job; not at all what we were expecting or hoping for, based on photos & price. We won’t be back. "

"Hotel is in bad shape with deferred maintenance evident everywhere. Carpets old , shower and bath faucet barely hanging, hotel does nothing for your dogs, soundproofing non existent, the air conditioning unit in patio sounds like car starting when turns on, and the loud music played continuously is annoying at best, DJ very loud music right outside my room on weekends…"

"Great location however the lack of attention by the Front desk staff did not meet the level of expectations for the cost of the nightly stay. Several requests for towels, coffee and water replenishment went unanswered unless we followed up even though we were advised it would be replenished daily. Also advised house keeping was every two days but was actually every 3 days."
