O apartamento (Villa Mimosa 2) tem um excelente tamanho ,com uma varanda muito agradável.Fica no segundo andar ,por isso possui dois pequenos lances de escada . A limpeza é excelente e as roupas de banho e cama estavam limpas e cheirosas .No banheiro havia um excelente secador de cabelo . Quando chegamos havia um espumante de boas vindas e 4 cápsulas de café . O self check in foi muito fácil .As orientações foram enviadas por WhatsApp,e foi só colocar a senha na caixinha ,(que estava pendurada na grade da entrada )referente ao apartamento e apanhar as chaves . O único ponto desfavorável é ter um ar condicionado que atende aos dois quartos .No verão,com certeza não conseguirá refrigerar os dois quartos adequadamente .Fora isso as portas dos quartos tem que ficar abertas ,tirando a privacidade das pessoas . Na sala tem ar condicionado. Há aquecimento em todos os ambientes,não utilizamos porque era setembro. O estacionamento( descoberto) é amplo e de fácil acesso . O edifício fica numa localização excelente .Entre a estação de trem e o centro da cidade.Quando chegamos,fomos a pé da estação até o apartamento (10 minutos andando devagar ).Para fazer bate voltas ,(como Peschiera ,Verona, Veneza) é perfeito. Muito perto há também uma excelente locadora de carro (Carvi Rent-Viale Cavour,37).

Mycket bra lägenhet, rent och fint och med AC, vilket behövdes i värmen. Fantastiskt trevlig och hjälpsam hyresvärd! Rekommenderas!
