What a find! A beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel within a 5 minute walk (downhill) of the lake. Lovely friendly people and a delicious breakfast. Lovely room that you could help yourself to tea and coffee and fresh fruit. Mini fridge in the room as well. Could’ve have asked for more.

Excellent accommodation

We received a very warm welcome on our arrival . The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The location of the hotel was ideal for us but there is an uphill walk to get there from the main square. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options and very fresh. A really good accommodation option.

The room was quaint, nicely decorated. Very clean. Owner was very accommodating. The courtyard out front was a lovely place for breakfast. The breakfast served exceeded our expectations. Totally would stay here again. Will also be recommending the bed n breakfast to others.

Exquisite stay in Lago Di Garda

We were in Desenzano for 4 nights as part of an Italy vacation. Our stay at the Elisa was so wonderful, from the smell when you walked in to the modern, tastefully decorated room, the superb breakfast and access to the patio. Centrally located. Super friendly staff. Very happy with our stay.

Very happy!

A very qute House, with pretty rooms that all have a nice scent! The bed was very comfy, the towels soft with a nice scent, and everything was clean. And to top it off, the staff was supernice, friendly, and took such good care of us!

Fabulous bread and breakfast in quiet area of town 5 minutes from cathedral and less than 10 minutes from lake. Spotlessly clean and great attention to detail. Pia and her assistant were very welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate special requests. I would stay at Residenza Elisa again.

Do not hesitate to stay here. The hosts Paola and Pia couldn’t be any more accomodating and helpful. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated. We where met with a cold beer in the garden on our arrival. Would not hesitate to return it was perfect in every way.

Highly recommend before it gets booked out

Incredible small boutique style hotel. With flawless service. From the initial greeting when we arrived, to the delicious breakfast and friendly tips of what to do. I definitely recommend this place before it gets booked out. Breakfast was delicious and such a variety of food and drinks offered. They made sure our dietary requirements were thought about when serving. The room was great and the bathroom was spacious. That thought of the little thing like a mini bar where we could help ourselves to water, and also netflix on TV so we could relax. It's about 3 mins to the lake front and a 5 minnbisntoncatch to go to Sirmione so great location too. Highly recommend!

Trevligt boende med rar personal. Mysig trädgård. Omeletten till frukosten var god. Om vädret hade tillåtit kunde vi ha ätit frukost i trädgården, nu blev det lite trångt i frukostrummet.

Superbt boende!

Väldigt generöst mottagande, jättefint och bekvämt rum, enkelt med dörrar och grindar. Frukosten och servicen kring den var helt fantastisk, bra råvaror, bra utvalt och väl tilltaget. Man tog gärna tid på sig att äta frukosten! Vissa tider (utomhus) trafikljud, inne i rummen hördes ingenting utifrån.

Cute Place with Friendly and Helpful Staff

The Hotel was very cute and clean with tasteful decorations. The room was small, but offered everything needed, even a AC. The staff was very helpful and made sure that we were comfortable. The breakfast was great and included eggs and bacon to order. Honestly, this place was exactly what we were hoping for. The one thing, if I had to mention anything, is that there is no parking on site, and you have to find public parking on the streets, which was not expensive.

Super sweet and cosy hotel in middle of the city

It was an amazing stay in this beautiful hotel with the very lovely host Pia. She was amazing and prepared everything fresh with a lot of love. Even the orange juice was freshly squeezed:-) The room is very nice and cosy. The hotel is located in the middle of the city with a lot of restaurants and just a 5 min walk to the lake. Thank you very much Pia for this very nice stay.

We had the most wonderful stay here, it feels just like you are at home, with all of the comforts. Amazing pillows, bedsheets, products and robes. The rooms are large and stylish. Pia is an amazing host, is attentive and cooks a great breakfast!
