Penthouse Helayne with Rooftop Terrace

The lovingly designed 75 m² penthouse in the KATYA Residence in Desenzano del Garda accommodates up to 4 guests. It features 2 bedrooms with large beds and TVs, and 1 bathroom with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, coffee pod machine, and breakfast bar. Air conditioning is available in the open-plan living area (sofa, TV, dining area) and both bedrooms. A washing machine, high chair, and elevator access are provided.



Outside, on the same level, you will find a breakfast terrace overlooking the garden with pool area and access to your private rooftop terrace. Relax on comfortable seating, sun loungers, and enjoy lake views. The whirlpool is available from May 1 to September 30 and can be used upon request for an extra fee. Access to the rooftop is via a spiral staircase. There are 2 shared outdoor pools (open May 1 – September 30) with an outdoor shower. Four white sun loungers are reserved for you in the underground garage.



A large, lockable underground parking space is available for 1 large car, motorcycle, and sports equipment (198 cm clearance under the electric gate motor). The elevator leads directly from the garage to your apartment entrance. One pet is allowed. Events are not permitted.



Your hosts live nearby and are happy to assist you with questions or tips. A guestbook with local recommendations and house rules is provided. The nearest public beach, Spiaggia Brema, can be reached by bike in 7 minutes or by car in 4 minutes. Free parking is available there.
