Girls Weekend Getaway

Over all it was great location, neighborhood was nice and quiet, nice area to go for a walk in the AM. House had a nice layout and decor was fun and cool vibes. Off Street parking was a plus. Close to a lot fun different things to Des Moines

Lovely neighborhood and comfortable beds. Communication was very bad. Amenities were limited. Broken blind, lack of silverware, no accurate wifi information, place was inly half way ckeaned when we arrived.

Cute House that needs some TLC

This house is in an excellent location to enjoy a trip in downtown Des Moines. The house is decorated in cute midcentury decor and has the potential to be fantastic. We were greeted with dirty bed linens and a pile of used towels piled up in the bathroom upon arrival. The house appears to not have been cleaned in a while. The beds are very firm and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend staying here again unless the owner takes better care of the rental.

Weekend Getaway

The house was cute, the beds comfortable and the neighborhood very nice. Very poor communication from the host. I had to reach out for check in information and it was not correct so we could not access the property. The host did eventually reply but we had almost booked another location by that point. The curtains in the living area are sheer so no privacy if you sleep in that room. There is also a shade missing in the room with the futon, so again not full privacy. Overall, we liked the house but I would not book from this host again.

Charming house in beautiful neighborhood

All the cutest touches in design and decor made this house the perfect place for my daughter’s bridal shower! The home had everything we needed and the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful!

A great place. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood. Very cool Retro Motif.

The property itself is in good shape. Comfortable beds and Furniture. Easy to use Shower and Appliances. Thermostat was easy to use and air condition was in good working order. Landscaping could use a little attention to appear more occupied for security sake. Again a great stay!

Beautiful home and neighborhood

We loved the home and neighborhood. The house was beautifully decorated. However, kitchen supplies were a little bit of a challenge, i.e. three cookie sheets but only small pans. No grilling utensils that we could find, only small bowls. The yard needed maintenance.
