Highly recommended
Beautiful setting, covid -19 measures in place and effective. Friendly team running the place, spotlessly clean, great breakfast - will certainly go back there in the future.

Fantastic hosts!
Absolutely fabulous hotel. The owners went above and beyond for us to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were there for a funeral so was quite a hard trip but having such a pleasant stay made it much more bearable

Quality hotel in a beautiful setting. Room was amazing, spacious and fab wifi. Wonderfully quiet with am amazing garden and view. Breakfast was wonderful and they went out of the way to make you feel welcome. 10 out 10

Not as expected
Airplanes loud over the house the hole night, rooms are quiet warm. Breakfast opens later than advertised. Bathroom in bad condition. To expensive for what it is.

Dear Guest Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us. It is a shame that you didn’t advise us of your issues during your stay as we could have changed your room for you and also provided you with a fan. We purchased the Hotel just under two years ago and since then we have undertaken a vigorous refurbishment programme with full decoration, carpets and furniture. Bathrooms are all in good working order and are next on our programme which is continuous and ongoing . We endeavor to offer a competitive price and indeed are cheaper than other accommodation in the area. With regard to the timings of breakfast I am unsure what this relates to as breakfast has always been 7am to 9am Monday to Friday and then 8am to 9.30am on Saturday & Sunday. This would have been informed on check in. We hope we can welcome you again to our family owned and run property if you are ever in the area again. Regards Trudy & Steve Owners

Lovely modern hotel, Steve and team looked after us superbly he even took us up to the wedding we were attending up the road. Lovely rooms, bar was excellent, food was lovely overall a very nice hotel, well worth a visit and great staff cant recommend it enough. fabulous hospitality

Its a nice place to stay, no doubt. Comfortable bed, cosy and clean room and with a good breakfast. The only downside is that because of low flying jets (Midlands airport) you would not be able to go to sleep prior to 11:30pm approximately. Apart of this all good.

Modern fresh hotel with very helpful staff
We stayed overnight when attending a wedding in the area. The hotel was clean, modern, comfortable and we had overflying we needed. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast, would recommend

Excellent room
This is a small hotel, beautifully decorated and well maintained. It is close to Donnington Park and East Midlands airport. There is some aircraft noise but no flying overnight so not a problem. It was very hot during our stay and unfortunately no air con in the room but a cooling fan was provided which kept the temperature to a reasonable level. The room was large, attractively decorated and airy. An enormous, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Lovely place, much better than the pictures
Stayed for a night before going to the race track. Steve was very friendly, if I was going to Donington again I would stay here.
