「The staff at the hotel are very kind and helpful. We appreciated being upgraded to a higher floor with balcony. The service was excellent, the property grounds are large and peaceful. Our breakfast was bountiful and we were offered more than we could possibly eat. Our sincere gratitude to the hotel staff. 」

「Nous avons passé 2 nuits en famille dans la propriété San Lorenzo, nous avons été merveilleuement bien acceuilli par les propriétaires, les chambres sont tŕès grandes, la litterie est parfaite, et le logement très propre. Nous avons été comblés par un petit deĵeuner avec de nombreuses specialités locales faites maisons, charcuteries, fruits et mention pour les produits sans gluten. 「From the moment we booked, this hotel was fab. The manager resoonded straight away when our plane was delayed, and reassured us our room would be held for us and someone would be available to let us in however late it was. The room was spacious, light and clean. They cleaned our room every day, and left clean towels when needed. Plenty of space to park, for free. "As a Japanese person, I often stand out in this area where there are very few Asians and people sometimes look at me with curiosity. However, the front desk staff at this hotel provided excellent service. They had a list of recommended restaurants prepared in advance, and kindly explained how to use the public bus system. Although some of the staff only spoke Italian, it seems their policy is to always have English-speaking staff available, so I didn’t experience any inconvenience. One thing that did concern me, though, was that the air conditioning didn’t work during the day—perhaps due to centralized control or some other reason."
