I didn't have high expectations because of the low price, but the hotel's location in the entertainment district made it difficult to sleep. As an Expedia loyal customer, I found this hotel problematic, as it had several issues that made it difficult to trust Expedia's recommendations and classifications. Specifically, the noise between rooms disrupted my sleep. The electrical switches were hidden in the wall without covers, making it difficult to turn lights on and off. Overall, it was the epitome of a cheap hotel, and it definitely wasn't what the Expedia photos suggested. Therefore, if possible, I'd like to check out today and move to another hotel nearby. I'd appreciate a refund. Otherwise, I'd be happy to move to the hotel Expedia recommends, even if the price difference is a bit higher. I hope you can take action quickly. I have attached a photo of the problematic area."

"The breakfast was very limited, which was what it was advertised. The hotel was conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from a metro station. Overall it was a comfortable stay and worth the price."

"The room was way too cold and took too long to heat up. Even when it was heated it was still pretty cold. The bathroom shower didn’t even really have a cover for the shower. No outlet near the bed and the room was a bit dirty. The staff service was good though."

"I had booked the spa room, and upon walking in, found stains all over the carpet. The room was a bit small but was fine. The mirrors on the wall easily fogged over, no matter if you closed the door to the bathroom. This meant that the slick wood panels on the floor were soaked when the mirrors dried off. The bathtub was a nice feature. It is located in a nice area of Bupyeong with lots of food and entertainment around, and not too loud at night. It was an ok stay in a love motel, but not really my type of place."
