The Space:
Searching for the highest standard of luxury for your trip to Denver? Look no further. Welcome to this gorgeous, newly renovated building right in the middle of all the action. You will have the entire spacious floor to yourself and are just blocks from 16th Street Mall, the Colorado State Capitol, and the hottest dining and nightlife spots downtown. Modern and upscale, this top-line unit offers the best of Denver.

Open floor plans and spacious living areas combine to create more than enough room for your group, and deluxe furnishings contribute to a luxurious feel. The expansive kitchen features stainless steel WOLF appliances, granite countertops, 6-burner gas stove, dishwasher, 2 ovens, wine chiller, microwave, and a bar. The dining areas can accommodate up to 12 people: 8 at the glass-top dining table and 4 at the granite counter. The entertainment area offers plenty of comfortable seating around the large flat-screen TV, with a door out to the huge (2,000+ sqft) patio that runs the entire length of the unit. The patio includes seating and tables for entertaining or just relaxing under the stars. Unwind in the 2 deep jet tubs and large glass jet showers. If you need to be productive during your trip, the office is the perfect place to work. There is a private laundry room with a washer, dryer, and sink in the unit. This unit can accommodate up to 12 people. Two bedrooms have huge attached walk-in closets, and the third bedroom has a big storage space. Each room is tastefully designed with the highest quality beds, linens, furniture, and décor.

Rooftop Patio:
When you get back from a day of exploring the city, kick back and enjoy the amazing views from the rooftop patio. There is ample seating near the fireplace, and around the bar with granite countertops. The bar has everything you need for an evening BBQ or after-dinner drinks: a grill, stovetop burners, and sink. Enjoy the beautiful views of downtown Denver.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to their property and private patio or balcony. For an additional charge, guests may also obtain access to the private rooftop lounge. Rooftop access is not included in your property rental and may be rented for an additional rate during your stay.

Please note: there will not be a full-time door person at the building throughout your stay. It is important to keep your key fob on you at all times. If for some reason you lock yourself out of your floor or out of the building, there will likely be no attendant there to help you.

Today, Denver is an outdoor city with a vibrant, walkable downtown offering urban adventures for all ages. Within a one-mile radius, you can kayak on the Platte River; explore some of the city’s best museums; shop at art galleries and boutiques; see a Broadway touring show; enjoy live music; ride a rollercoaster or cool off in a water park; and experience exciting professional sports. Downtown is also home to many of Denver’s top farm-to-table restaurants and innovative craft breweries, and the Denver Beer Trail is a great guide to sampling those local brews.

Downtown’s free 16th Street Mall shuttle makes it even easier to get around. Visit Larimer Square and the newly renovated Denver Union Station in historic Lower Downtown (Lodo), where Victorian buildings now house restaurants, galleries, shops, bars, brewpubs and coffee houses, or head to Denver Pavilions where you’ll find shops, restaurants, bars and a movie theater.

You can also discover Denver’s neighborhoods by bike or electric scooter, and don’t miss the chance for a photo with everyone’s favorite Blue Bear public art sculpture greeting visitors at the Colorado Convention Center.”

Getting Around:
Coming from DIA: If you are flying into Denver International Airport you will have many transportation options including rental vehicles, Uber, Lyft, and light rail. Please make sure to coordinate your transportation to our property before landing at DIA. If you are looking for an exclusive, high-end experience, our private concierge can arrange for a driver to pick you up. Public transportation is also available from DIA via the light rail station from DIA to Union Station. From Union Station, you can take a bus to a number of stops within walking distance of our location. Please see local bus routes and plan accordingly before traveling.

Local Driving Access: If you live locally or are driving your own vehicle, you will be able to enter our address into your favorite maps app like Waze, Apple Maps, etc. All the mentioned map apps should navigate you directly to our location.

Parking: If you require parking for a vehicle, you can park in any of the surrounding lots or at meters on the surrounding streets. We are not associated with the surrounding public or private parking areas so you will need to manage parking at these locations on your own.

Building Access: Skyline Denver is located in the heart of downtown and parking is not allowed directly on Colfax Avenue. The access codes you will receive are the only way to enter the building and obtain your key fob. A member of your group will need to walk up the sidewalk to our front door and enter the callbox code. Once you enter the lobby, please find your lockbox located to the right of the elevator. Feel free to use our complimentary luggage cart, located in the lobby, and then you may access your condo from our elevator (you will need to scan your key fob then press your floor). If you do use the luggage cart, please be sure to return it for other guests to use.


*Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind from your stay* If any personal items are left at the property, we will do our best to recover them. There will be a charge of $50 plus the cost of handling, packaging, and/or shipping for any items that need to be shipped back to you from your stay (prices may vary for large items).

Interaction with Guests:
You will receive a "Day-Of" message in the morning on the day you are checking in. This message will include some house rules and key notes for your stay. At 4:00pm you will receive updated access codes for the front door and for the lock box to gain access to your key fob. If you are checking in before 5:00pm, one of our staffers will meet you at the building to help you get checked in and show you to your unit. If you are checking in after 5:00pm, you will be sent detailed instructions on how to gain access to your unit and if you have any trouble during the process, you can either message us or give us a call and we will be happy to assist.

We had our family together for a college graduation. Penthouse was spectacular- We had a private party on roof deck which was exceptional. Food and service was top notch across the board. The location was beautiful. Such a memorable way to celebrate. Highly recommend

Dance Comp Weekend

This property fit 4 moms and all of our kids perfectly. We needed close proximity to the convention center for multiple trips back and forth which worked great. We figured out parking. Loading and unloading the car with all of our stuff was a challenge but the rest was fine.

Convention Center Convenience

We stayed at Skyline while attending the nurses conference. Great location and couldn’t beat the proximity. Everyone had plenty of space to unwind after a long day of meetings. It is a beautiful space.

Overall a really great place to host at. We enjoyed the proximity to the convention center and large communal areas in the convention. Wish we could have used the patio more but the weather just didn't want to cooperate.

Weekend getaway

Location was great, short uber ride ir walk to union station. Unit was clean and exactly how it is shown in the pictures. It will comfortably fit 8 adults for sleeping. Living room and kitchen are huge and outdoor space is bonus. Well appointed appliances in the kitchen. It would have been great if they had some basic spices and coffee powder refilled. Great bathroom space, however hand soap and lotion were missing. These are minor details but overall the unit was amazing and comfortable.

Groom's Wedding Party

Excellent property, stayed there with my Groomsmen for my wedding and hosted a BBQ the day after the wedding. Amazing communication with the host. Just be sure everyone has keys to get in and out of the building, there's not a host present at all times.

Family Weekend

The condo was super clean, furniture and beds were comfortable and its downtown location was very convenient. I would suggest that for a place that can sleep up to 10 people that they have a coffee maker that can make more than 5 small cups. Also for the sake of safety a coffee table with a affixed top. Despite these somewhat minor inconveniences, we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect as pictured

This was a great place for us to land for a family roadtrip to Colorado. It was walking distance to a ton of places. The large patio attached to our floor was AMAZING! Everything was clean, neat and comfortable.
