A thoughtfully updated home in a quiet Arvada neighborhood, minutes from Olde Town and downtown Denver. Two levels offer four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and distinct living spaces - including a lower-level recreation room with ping-pong, a smart TV, and a dedicated workspace.

The main level features an open-concept living and dining area filled with natural light, a modern kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, and two queen bedrooms. The lower level adds two more queen bedrooms, a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and in-unit laundry.

Outside, a covered patio with string lights and lounge seating opens to a fenced backyard with lawn games and a hammock.

Fiber WiFi, streaming TVs throughout, Nespresso and Keurig coffee stations, and starter toiletries are provided. Pet friendly with a fenced yard.
