We arrived and the apartment had not been cleaned from the prior customer’s stay. Thankfully I contacted the host. His cleaner was out of town so he came to clean the apartment himself while we went out for dinner. He promised to refund our first night’s stay, so that was nice.Overall, the apartment was somewhat clean, but the baseboards and vents were filthy. This apartment could use new carpet and a thorough cleaning for a more comfortable stay. The location was perfect for us since we were seeing a concert at the Fiddler’s Amphitheater.

Absolutely loved our stay! My husband and I stayed with another couple and had plenty of space. The condo is well stocked but anything we were missing could be grabbed with a short walk to Walmart or target. Lots of bars,restaurants, and breweries close buy. Brian was very pleasant to work with and gave us a ton of great suggestions on near by places. Would definitely stay here again.

Our Trip to Greenwood Villiage

Our host, Brian was great. He provided us not only in the condo but also through email details of things to do in the area. Our trip was for our granddaughter's highschool graduation at the Red Rocks. The location was great for this along with walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It was a great quiet area where we could relax after a long day of visiting family and excursions in the area. We would definately stay here again when visiting the area.

Nice Condo

We enjoyed staying at this Condo. It is well equipped, and close to a number of food and entertainment options.If your plans take you to the Denver Tech Center or the southeast side of the Denver metropolitan area, this is an excellent place to land.

Quick trip

Very good communication with the host!! Condo was very clean, but the carpet could use a good cleaning. It was very convenient having the unit on the first floor and the first unit off the parking lot. Neighborhood was great and had no issues with noise or neighbors. Parking was very easy. Beds were very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this unit. Also very close to a lot of restaurants and things to do and was very accessible to the freeway system!

Family Trip

Property was nice and was only 10 mins from family that lives in Colorado. Located near several restaurant and shopping . Pool was a bonus and Brian was very easy to get ahold of and responded quickly

Wonderful place!

Loved the property! The property manager was on point with any of our needs. Brian took his time explaining local sites of interest which helped us better in navigating the city. Thanks again for the stay! We will visit again!

Scammer! Beware

Host lied about condition after we left, said we partied and did drugs (never once in my life), accused me of bad parenting when I told him I was just there with my family, threatened me and then had the gall to make racist remarks about my family. I have it witnesses and text screenshots of everything. Also is now tying to charge exorbitant fees because there were some water bottles on the floor when we left. Beware! This guy is a bad person and will take advantage of you if he can. Not worth the risk to stay here.

Not a place for white glove people

This property desperately needs a thorough deep cleaning!! The Master bathroom had not been cleaned. There were many moths in the rooms but no swatters. Location & property layout are GREAT but better care needs to be a priority.

Nice place in a great location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. It is a cute little place - maybe not the most updated but cozy and comfortable. We loved the fireplace. Big closets and dressers were a plus. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well enough for 2 people. We probably cook more than most and it worked ok. The complex is in a great location. Lots of casual dining and shopping nearby. Quick access to I25. Since it was winter we didn’t use the grill. The community center and gym were closed for repairs so I can’t comment on that. Finally, the owner was great! He made check-in/check-out easy, made sure we had everything we needed and provided with a list of all the places to visit in the area. Thanks Brian!

Wonderful place to stay

This was a great place to stay as my sister and I came from out of town for her to have surgery at a local hospital. It was so nice to stay somewhere more like home rather than a hotel as she recovered. The only item I would note was that the property clubhouse appeared closed for renovation, so it might be worth checking with the property owner for updates if that might impact your decision when booking. Our host Brian was extremely proactive in communicating, friendly and helpful and the house was well stocked with anything we could possibly have needed. Couldn't have asked for anything more and the affordable rate was budget friendly. Thanks for a great stay.
