The custom-finished basement doubles as a game room and features a lounge area, pool table, arcade table, and ping pong table. This lower level also has a bedroom and bathroom.

The home is situated on a park and just a short walk to the community pool and playground. The fenced backyard has a covered patio, as well as a best in class gas grill.
