The central location, directly adjacent to Union Station, was wonderful because of the convenience of the train to and from the airport.
The desk staff varied in quality but at times were rude and ill-informed. We requested a quiet room and were given one next to the elevator shaft. It was noisy throughout the night. The checkout desk clerk was unprepared to answer simple questions like “do we have any extra room charges?” He was off-put by our questions.
The restaurant charged $85 per person for a brunch buffet. We chose to eat elsewhere.
We were not given VIP treatment unless rudeness is reserved for Expedia guests.
