The pool was empty and dirty alm around. There was no cold water in shower knob just kept spinning. Went downstairs to tk with front dedk. Finally they called manager to let me use another room for shower 322. The toilet was broken, tank lid off and towels on floor. I stepped around it to take shower. Black mold in the shower grout around tiles. I can't believe Wyndam is associating their name with this hotel Would neber recommend this hotel.

The bedspreads were the dirtiest I have ever seen in a hotel room. The top spread was disgusting I pulled it off the bed and put it in a corner. The heavier spread underneath had spots all over it. I spilled some water in the bathroom and when I wiped it up it was also filthy. I have stayed here many times over the years and Ill never stay there again.

This was the most dirty motel / hotel I’ve ever seen. Blood spatter on shower curtain, dirty cover on bed, floor and bathroom floor was so dirty the particles were sticking to my feet, walls with large marks on them, the room smelled like car and drugs, the parking lot had tons of trash and the breakfast containers felt like they weren’t being wiped down. I asked for maid service to just clean the floors and they never showed up. When I asked about it the following day they said they didn’t have a request.

The property is in need of repair, doors not tight, stairs are rusting, rails loose. The bedding was soiled and ripped. The shower faucets didn't work properly. The water smelled bad when we showered. The breakfast bar was not very clean. I won't be staying at a La Quinta again.

The first room had a very bad odor, as if it had been smoked in and was sprayed with a deodorant. Front desk cheerfully gave me a much better room.

This property has not been well taken care of. Staff was short so there was no daily refresh of the room. The elevator was broken at one point. The bed was not in great shape and everything in the room was outdated or falling apart.

This is a sad property that is sorely in need of renovation. One of the elevators didn’t work, so I pushed a luggage cart thru the parking lot half-way around the building to the elevator that did work. Upon arriving at our suite, there were no linens for the sofa bed, only one waste basket and no tissues. There was breakfast cereal behind the sofa bed. Sorry, but we won’t be staying at La Quinta again.

Had no rolling carts. We had to walk along way to our room. One elevator at the back of the building that anybody can walk into. The bed spread and outer coverings were stained. Had 2 bookings. They said I have to check out and check back in tomorrow.

It was a typical traveler's hotel, close to the highway. The room was relatively quiet, except I was next to the elevator. There was one problem but they took care of it right away. All the staff, including the hospitality staff, were helpful and communicated well. The breakfast bar was terrible. Hardly anything there, and what was there was a mess. And there was a staff person there. I only went there on my third morning to get something but I walked away without anything. I did get an apple. I would stay again.

The towels were dirty and stained, the bed sheets had several stains, the comforter had cigarette burn holes in it, the chair at the desk was dirty and sticky, the shower had a lot of mold growing and the tub would not drain while you were showering so you were standing in several inches of water, the continental breakfast was limited and the food stations were dirty each morning. Overall terrible experience, I would never stay here again. Would have rather slept in my car.

The property does no justice to how the pictures look and the charges for complete lack of service. The entire property is ill maintained, elevator and breakfast area are all so filthy. Was disgusting to go eat food there. Also we called and asked for room service and linen replacement. None of that was done and we had to manage with 2 towels and no replenished coffee. Whole experience leaves a bad taste on La Quinta. We have stayed in La Quinta in Vegas many times. Locations like this will tarnish the customer experience and brand.

The entire property stated it was smoke free but our room reeked of cigarette smoke. The curtains were dirty and torn. The couch was old and smelled horrible. Overall terrible stay.

Poorly maintained property. Very dirty facilities. The worst La Quinta Hotel I have ever stayed. Restroom in the room was dirty. Aisles, elevator very very dirty. Breakfast was only coffee, cereal, waffles and bread. Great dissapointment.

I got late to check in due to storm on our way to golden and I have to pay an extra night. Receptionist in lobby said I can talk to the manager in the morning about it but it was 9 o’clock and manager never came. Room was dusty and few hairs in the bed, breakfast was very limited (at least the one thing I like about the property)
