Beautiful Carriage House - Near Botanical Gardens-On site parking

Walk to Cheesman Park, the Botanical Gardens, an independent bookstore, and a host of restaurants and bars. Several bus lines are within a few blocks. Three grocery stores, downtown Denver, and Cherry Creek are all less than two miles away.

The carriage house features a queen-sized bed and master bathroom suite, a convertible sofa in the living room, laundry, off-street parking, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, and WiFi.

Please note, this unit is on the second floor so you will need to climb a set of stairs to access.

Parking for one car is available right outside the carriage house.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

Excellent location!

Thank you for a great stay! As a FYI for future guests, the electronic keypad is located on the handle of the physical door to the unit. There is a key box and an electronic keypad on the garage, both are not associated with the rental but are much more visually obvious.

Week before Christmas.

Quiet, convenient, loved parking. Place is clean and stocked with essentials. I would add a coffee grinder and some tea, which we were happy to purchase. Stairs are manageable with care. I would suggest adding another bar at top on right for last 3-4 foot climb. We had a great stay and it was very quiet at night.

Just Right

We were in Denver to visit our son, who luck would have it lived just down Vine from the property. The property itself is very small but, incredibly efficient. Everything you need for stay if any length; kitchen appliances, a comfy queen bed, and a very good shower. (Are the floors real wood? Just one be “aware” high staircase to get to the living quarters. We are active seniors and navigated them easily though. Would return on a heartbeat.

Stay for DU graduation

It was a small but lovely property in a really good location. The kitchen had lots of supplies and everything was clean and neat. The directions for getting into the property were a little confusing, but maybe that was because we arrived late at night. It was nice that there was coffee and shampoo already there.

Wonderful Carriage house

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and quiet Carriage house. It was clean and had guest soaps and cleaning supplies. Very small details would have elevated this to a absolute five star rating. New pillows and pans are needed for this property. We will definitely book again. I feel how well this VRBO was managed that they will address these issues quickly.

This little place is so cute! Great little neighborhood. Pretty walkable. Definitely can’t fit more than 2 people. Would stay again :) go see the botanical gardens if you stay here!!!

Perfectly quaint

This lovely, quaint garage apartment was perfect for visiting family who live nearby. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed with laundry, and full kitchen. The on site parking spot was one of the best perks, as street parking is at a premium. This property is in a very walkable neighborhood with the Denver Botanic Garden, Cheesman Park, bars, and restaurants within a couple block radius..

Perfect place for my stay

This property was perfect for my stay. It was very clean and a great location. I read reviews so I knew finding the exact location may be difficult. The listing should state that you need to access the unit from the alley behind the house. Will book again.

The property was clean and in a great location, easy access to everything we wanted to do. The only downside was the steep staircase and the lack of a stair rail at the top.

The description omits this apartment is over a garage. Steep stairs which was difficult for my husband who is having knee replacement surgery soon. Layout is nice but the floors are extremely squeaky. We texted the property management company asking for a 4-digit code to watch YouTubeTV and asked for laundry pods ( we were to have 2) and another soap. They responded they would ask for the code from the owners. And would drop off the pods. We were only supposed to get one tiny single use bath soap bottle so they didn’t know if another one could be given to is (2 adults/3 days). Nothing was dropped off or texted to us.

Excellent location

Very cute carriage house, though hard to find from the GPS which only sometimes accurately guided us to the street; I recommend adding some more directions to the check in! Great location and walkable to the botanical gardens.

Great Location!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in the heart of Denver in this carriage house. The unit was exactly as advertised and was a wonderful place to stay. We loved how close we were to the Botanic Garden, Zoo, giant park and tons of places to eat and hang. We walked everywhere! We will definitely stay here next time we are in Denver.

Great location, cute but small space

Carriage house (apartment above a garage) was in a spectacular location mere footsteps from Cheeseman Park. Really great location. Coffee shop (Copper Door) right around the corner is A++. The space is small but complete. The windows are really old and only two have screens so ventilation relies on window A/C units or slow cross ventilation via those two windows. Nice small kitchen with electric stove. Abundant hot water. Good bed although it is positioned right against a wall so one person is somewhat captive. Slow wifi but it is included. We walked or Ubered everywhere. There are about a zillion Lyft/Uber/Lime scooters and bikes everywhere. I'd rent there again.

Denver Vine Street Stay

The location is great with a quite a few good restaurants within a few minutes walk very close to Cheeseman park. For getting around, there doesn’t appear to be a whole lot of public transportation in the immediate vicinity but with our rental car, everything we wanted to see in Denver was only a few minutes drive.
