The city meets the mountains in this well appointed townhome that is stocked with all the amenities your party is seeking. This property is centrally located just west of Denver and is only 15 minutes from so many great destinations (downtown Denver, Mile High Stadium, Red Rocks Amphitheater, Golden). It is an ideal location for those seeking easy access to both the surrounding foothills and big city lights of Denver. If you are looking for a retreat that offers everyone in your party privacy...then this townhome has exactly what you need. Each bedroom is appointed with its own private en suite and television...which gives each person a chance to relax and unwind in their own space. We have also provided a washer and dryer for those who may wish to stay longer or didn't pack accordingly.

If you're looking for a place that has a fully decked out kitchen with brand new appliances, dishes, and utensils you don't need to look any further. We've ensured cooking during your stay is a breeze with a gas range, microwave and dishwasher. Enjoy coffee each morning from your Keurig and feel free to whip up breakfast, lunch or dinner. Or if you prefer, Belmar is six short blocks away and offers a plethora of delicious dining options...including Wasabi Sushi Bar, Little India, The Rock Wood Fired Pizza, Tstreet Roadhouse, Chuy's, Bar Louie, In N Out Burger and many more.

You'll have access to our two car garage, and there are plenty of off street parking spaces available too. Parkview Townhomes is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and is across the street from the Lakewood Link Recreation Center and Skate Park. Perfect for Red Rocks
We were looking for a landing zone for a long weekend visit to Red Rocks and this worked great! Parking was easy, townhome was clean, owners communicated easily. We had a minor issue we shared and they responded fast. We were three adults and had plenty of space - the house could easily fit three couples or a family. Access to restaurants, tourist sites, and Red Rocks was all easy. There's a rec center nearby and a track as well so staying active was also simple. We would return!

My family and I were traveling from Michigan to Colorado for a softball tournament. We were going to be there for 6 days and wanted convenience as well as proximity....our games were in Lakewood, Golden and Arvada. So we were in the perfect spot! This condo had everything! Every room had an en suite and the laundry room allowed us to keep up with dirty uniforms. The hosts were accommodating and allowed us a late check out when my daughter's softball game ran late. Definitely want to make this trip again! Fun note, not a complaint, but we had to rent a full size SUV because of the luggage and softball bags. When we reached the condo we realized the SUV would not fit in the garage! Lol! Luckily there were plenty of spots in the overflow lot!

My husband and I, with some family, stayed here for a quick trip to Denver. It was the perfect place for us. We loved being able to use the garage, as well as that each room had its own bathroom. And this place was SOOO clean! Loved our stay!

Great location. Near a Whole Foods and a Super Target which are winners in my book.. It was centrally located to all destinations. We had plenty of room to spread out and the townhouse was clean and well supplied. Would go back.

Nice, new and clean
The place is nice, new and clean. It’s also close to plenty of things. Driving distance of 15-30 mins to anything. We really enjoyed the place and location. Appreciate having plenty of towels, dishes, etc. lots of attention to detail in this unit and provided a great place to hang between activities. Only complaint we had was extremely obnoxious, loud neighbors partying outside until 3-5am both nights. Made sleep nearly impossible.

Wedding Weekend Stay
We couldn't have been more pleased with these accomodations- our college age kids had ample space and independence within this beautiful property. We used the iron : ) for dress clothes needed for the event and appreciated the location for easy access to hikes- shopping and food. HIGHLY recommend this property.
