The Living Area
Lounge out on the 7-seat sectional watching the 55-inch Smart TV! Turn the TV mount to host dinner parties at the dining room table that comes with ample bench seating. The living area can accommodate anything from your typical smoke session to elaborate dinner parties.
The Kitchen
Quivas is equipped with a state of the art kitchen featuring new appliances galore. Guests only need to provide groceries when arriving for their stay. The fridge has ample space, fresh mountain water and ice machines ready for drinks. Mix up some of your favorite cocktails with the craft ice cubes from the fridge. The oven features a touch screen panel, rapid heating technology and a 5-top gas range. Your kitchen comes fully stocked for any chef to entertain at Quivas.
The Bedrooms
Quivas features 5 bedrooms. The first floor has three bedrooms with 1 king bedroom and 2 queen bedrooms. The bottom floor has 2 bedrooms. One room is a double bunk bed setup, featuring 4 full beds and a futon. The other room has 2 twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a 32-inch TV, hangers and laundry baskets. Privacy is key and guests will feel right at home in their own furnished bedroom.
The Bathrooms
Quivas features 2 newly remodeled bathrooms with porcelain sinks and granite countertops. Mirrors and lighting are ample throughout, to ensure guests can freshen up. The upstairs bathroom is the largest and features a stunning double vanity with a lit makeup mirror. The sunflower bathroom features a walk in shower with a waterfall shower head for the utmost luxury. Each bathroom is equipped with a blow dryer, shower gel, shampoo, and more.
The Theater Room
Host guests, kick back and enjoy the 6-seater luxury recliner theater room. Guests can stream their favorite by logging in to their respective streaming services to feel right at home or go head to head on the PS5 gaming console! This space also features a dance pole and futon for extra seating!
The Game Room
Guests can entertain in Quivas with a fully equipped game room featuring a full size slate pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, 2 player mini hoop game and poker table and chips! The game room also has board games, playing cards, a 43-inch roku TV and leads to the hot tub/backyard area!
The Backyard
Quivas features a private enclosed area with a 5-seater hot tub. You can unwind under the stars and truly hit the reset button. Morning, night, summer or wintertime, the hot tub provides year round relaxation for guests. Kick it up a notch and have a grill out on the brand new Nexgrill propane grill. Guests needs to either bring their own propane gas or utilize the Cynch application to place an order.
