最初の部屋はバルコニーがなく、エアコンも、効かなかった為、変更して貰いました。 変更した部屋はバルコニーはありましたが、日が当たらない部屋で冷蔵庫が効かなく残念でした。 他は朝食も美味しくてプールも快適です。

部屋も清潔感があり、スタッフの皆さんも対応よかったです！ シャワーの温度も問題なく特に気になる事もなかったです。 ホテル前のTHE HUB BALIとゆーレストランも素敵で雑貨も可愛く安かったのでオススメです！ 空港から車で30分くらいなのでオススメです！！

サヌール港からとても近く(車で10分かからないくらい)朝の便で離島に行きたい方には特におすすめのホテルだと思います。 プールとお庭がとてもよく管理されていて綺麗で良かったです。 お部屋も広くてとてもきれいでした。 朝食もおいしかったです。

お湯の温度と冷蔵庫の冷え’が残念
全体的に素晴らしいのですが、お湯の温度が低すぎるのが、残念です。 プールで冷えた体を温めたり、朝晩は結構冷えるので、暖かいシャワー が欲しいと思います。 それから、冷蔵庫の冷えが悪いのも、難点です。 それが改善されたら、とても良いと思います。

Two Japanese guests who love Bali.
amedでの高潮で周遊ダイビング旅行を急遽中止することになってしまい、当日予約で2泊しました。 割引きもあり、大変リーズナブルな宿泊でした。 部屋は広めで静かです。 アメニティの質は、高級ではありませんが、十分な物でした。 タオルとシーツ類は清潔で快適でした。 朝食は、メニューも豊富で、インドネシアンとアメリカンスタイルどちらでも、好きなだけ楽しむことができます。卵料理は、直接その場で希望の卵メニューを調理してくれます。 コーヒーは、バリスタイルとネスカフェスタイルどちらも機械で入れ立てを楽しめます。 ウェイターとウェイトレスともに、上品で親切です。 プールは、水深1.1Mで統一されており、子供でも安心です。 雨期特有の停電がありましたが、すぐに係員が対応してくれました。 立地は、バイパスに面しており、活発に観光を楽しむにも良い立地です。 サヌールのメイン通りとなるダナウ・タンブリガン通りは、裏側ですが、歩いて数分です。 バイパスに面してはいますが、部屋、プール、レストランなどの設備は、大変静かです。 簡易なトレーニングルームがあります。 最重量ダンベルは、10kgと軽量ですが、未経験者の怪我などを防ぐために仕方ないことです。 ランニングマシンとバイシクルマシンも設置されています。 総じて、快適に過ごすことができました。 推薦できるホテルです。

きれいで快適なホテル
プールは広くて快適だったが、ジムはバーベルはあるのにベンチがなく筋トレが出来なかった。 部屋は広く清潔だったが、椅子が１脚しかなくテーブルも細長いものが壁の付いているだけでゆっくりくつろげない。ソファーとテーブルは必要です。 また、床が大理石なので椅子を動かしたとき音が響き渡る。椅子の脚にフエルトを貼った方がよい。

朝ごはん満足 道路を挟んだレストランで夕食をしました。最高でした。ビーチもいるいていける距離ですが、荷物は少なめでないと歩くのはきつい！

新しく快適なホテル
最終日に１泊しました。ビーチまで徒歩で１５分ぐらい。価格もリーズナブルで快適なホテルでした。食事ができるエリアも歩いて５分ほどの場所にたくさんあります。

ビーチからは遠いが、新しく綺麗なホテルでした
清潔で綺麗なホテルです。 特に朝食は美味しく、かつ、種類も豊富で、 感動いたしました。 ただ、ビーチまではシャトルバスで15分かかります。 また、シャトルバスの本数も限られています。 ホテル周辺もなにもなく、不便な場所でした。

It's really unfortunate that you were not happy with our location. Next to our hotel there are Natrabu Padang Restaurant which is a popular local restaurant, Ton Up Bar & Grill, mini mart and ATM. Our complimentary shuttle drop off to Sanur beach schedules are at 9 AM, 1 PM, 4 PM and 7 PM. Along the shuttle route there are many highly recommended restaurants, coffee shops including some very nice Japanese restaurants, boutiques and shops. We stayed in the hotel for 6 nights. Room was upgraded. Amazing. Pillows doubles and big and comfy. The bed was firm but comfy. Aircon worked well and the room was cleaned daily and bed made. Restaurant onsite with western and Indonesian choices. We had complimentary buffet breakfast daily. The restaurant was great and staff so friendly and helpful. Pool shallow but nice and quiet. The hotel feels like a peaceful oasis in a bustling busy environment. Couple of blocks walk to the beach if you’re confident or get a cab. Easy

This was a great hotel option for us on our first visit to Bali. The staff was very kind, and building was clean and well kept. Food at the restaurant was fantastic. My only reservation with staying here again is that the hotel is located on a very busy street. You can walk to some things nearby, but it’s not the safest road to walk on. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay here.

There is an army of people but I think without a good manager to improve the service to the customer and also to the potential of the area in tourism, the buffet breakfast was limited and the croissants looked old or bad brand, they don't have options for the people that can eat sugar, I asked to for the ride to the beach and they told me to ask for a taxi because the driver of the hotel was not available, it looks there was only one driver and only work for some hours...

The Hotel is nice and the rooms are comfortable, it was a bit further to the beach than we anticipated. There was only one shuttle in the morning to the beach and one in the evening. Walking back along the busy road was a little unsettling as the sidewalks are not in great shape. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel
This is a nice hotel very close to the beach and close enough to the airport. Facilities were well maintained, great food and services. I recommend to everyone wanting a good location and fair prices. They also sell tours, I got a private tour to Ubud here that was way cheaper than outside.

The staff were collectively so polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of choices and was delicious. They kindly moved us to a room that was better suited for our stay (beside the pool - pool access) and moved everything for us while we were out for the day. The beds are comfortable (we stayed in 2 different rooms) and very clean and well kept. The bathrooms are great. They provided us with disposable toothbrushes etc. and water every day. The restaurant is pleasant and the pool is a comfortable temperature. Lots of little birds around too. The only issue was the fact that it’s on a main road and traffic is a bit hectic for pedestrians but we were fine. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach and there are lots of merchants and restaurants along the way. Everyone is so incredibly friendly.
