健康ランドみたいなホテル

観光地からは　離れている為　ロケーションでは　よくありませんが　温泉が広く　プールのようでした。レストランは一つだけで　寂しかった。

温泉でお肌ツルツル、ご飯が美味しいホテルです。

高級ホテルではありませんが、フロントの対応も良く客室も十分な広さ、お食事もブュッフェスタイルですが品数が多く、良かったです。日本とは違うスタイルですが、温泉も適温でお肌ツルツルになりました。

high quality hot spring

very good facility of hot springs. good quality. close to centre of the villege where there are restaurants and shops. Hotel employees are so helpful that they kindly drove me to Denizli bus station together on their way back. very much appreciated! happy to stay longer next time for hot spring. only possibly negative part would be manner of group tourists. they can be a little too loud...

比較的新しいホテル

比較的新しいホテルで、周りは開発中の環境。遅い時間の到着だったけど、対応はよかった。本来は温泉付きの保養施設だが、滞在時間が短かったために施設・サービスなどは十分に活用できず、評価も分からず。ただ、全体的には新しく、清潔で、食事もよしで、好感は持てた。残念だったのは、部屋のバスタブには温泉が出る蛇口があったものの、肝心の温泉水が出なかった。

Staff was very friendly

I love this hotel, I stay alone for two days for I want get calm and simple visiting. Staff was every friendly and very kindness. But I met Tour visiter of Chinese people...they ware noisy too much like a student trip...

施設、スパともにGood.

2泊しました。Newオープン後6ヶ月で部屋は広く清潔です。ホテルレストランの夕食はバフェスタイルのみでしたが歩ける範囲にレストランが無く２晩ともホテルでの夕食でした。牛肉が食べたくてスタッフに聞いたのところ要領を得ず、シェフらしきいかつい親父が出てきて各料理を詳しく説明してくれました。味は云うまでも無くGoodです。現在周辺道路が工事中でやや埃っぽいですが、来春には綺麗に整備されることと思います。

温泉プールを楽しめるホテル

きれいなリゾートホテルで、連泊でゆっくり過ごすのが良さそうなホテルです。パムッカレにはドルムシュで10分程度行けるので観光にも便利だと思います。空港までのバスは、英語の分かるフロントに人にお願いすると、斡旋してくれるので相談するといいと思います。ツアーでない場合、空港までのバスがあまりないようなので、斡旋してもらわないとタクシーになります。

Ferah girişi ile bir spa otele geldigimizi hemen anladık. Odalar geniş ama yataklar rahat değildi. Bu sınıfta bir otelde daha kaliteli yataklar olması gerekir. Arkadaşımın odasındaki klima çalışmıyordu, odalardaki teknik ve mekanik aksamın belli donemlerde kontrolü yapılsa iyi olur.

From the minute we checked in we didn’t like the property, the front desk, manager, even bell boy need customer service training. This is not a 4 or 5 star property but their attitude is high and mighty, they overcharged my Credit card without any explanation, not much dinning option available, Thermal pool was dirty, when we complained to the manager, she started to argue. I asked her to leave a day early and she agreed however I still haven’t seen a refund of 1 night yet. Really disappointed.

liar person. You have to prove that you were paid too much. take a look at how you made the reservation first. When you don't have personal wishes, you only degrade the hotel. helpless person

Great place to stay in Pammukale

Good hotel.. thermal pool was a good thing so We didn’t need to use the public pool in Pammukale. Also the thermal water coming into the bath tubs was also a great thing. To use the water personally in your own bath tub. A special mention to Yousuf who helped us in the restaurant as we are vegetarian and he was very sweet and helpful and organised a lovely dinner for us.
