デナム スプリングス アンティーク ディストリクト ホテル

「フロントの人は親切な対応だった。」

「Breakfast is very good if you hit it early.」

「First time ever meeting the owner of the property. The owner was extremely nice, polite and very courteous. He took the time to show me exactly where the room was located and let me know if I needed anything he’s always available. The room was great. Very clean, provided everything for a comfortable stay. I checked out around 3:45 in the morning and the owner was up and about making rounds. Very nice man and will definitely book next time I’m in town.」

「Extremely overpriced」

「Indian man at front desk was rude. Not welcoming at all. Multiple men were hanging around outside smoking & drinking. My room had a string mildew wet smell and it was eye visible on the ceiling and walls. My carpet was soaked! Everything about my stay was horrible. Would no recommend」

「Staff were very friendly and helpful!」

「The only positive thing I can say about this place is that it is in a convenient location. It is right off the freeway & there is food & gas options everywhere. That’s where it ends. Let me preface this by telling you, we travel a lot and we have stayed in an uncountable # of hotel rooms. This was one of the worst we’ve ever stayed in, if not the worst. 「I noticed immediately when we entered our room that it was very clean! I have an eagle eye for dirt, hair, etc, but I never encountered anything! That was very nice. There was plenty of parking and the area is well lit, which we appreciated right off of the interstate. We didn't eat the breakfast, per se, but I had coffee both mornings we were there, and I had some yogurt one of the mornings. The waffles seemed to be a big hit with all of the other guests. The breakfast area always seemed...

「Everything was great, it appears that the property has been updated as I have stayed here in the past but it has been a while since I have stayed. The breakfast was good and the evening kick back was great.」

「一定レベルでの清潔さはあるものの、きれいとまでは言えない。全体的に建物、室内設備などの老朽化は否めない。室内のエアコン設備や水回り、家具などは古く、同レベルの周辺ホテルとの差があるように感じる。」
