The Space:

The property features 3 fully private suites, each with its own bedroom and full bathroom, ideal for families, friend groups, or multi-couple getaways. No shared spaced, no strangers. Just you and your family/crew. All three suites have been repainted and upgraded as of July 2026. We have installed new mattresses, linens, furniture, dishes, cooking utensils, cutlery, cutting boards, outdoor furniture, and outdoor games.

SUITE 1 - (Master) This suite provides open-concept living, dining, and fully equipped kitchen. The living room features a wrap-around sectional, wall mounted 4K TV, washer/dryer, 2 work desks, and generous closet space.

SUITE 2 - This suite includes a king-sized bed, full kitchen with an island, washer/dryer, wall-mounted TV, and a recliner couch for movie nights.

SUITE 3 - (Studio) This suite provides a king-sized bed, a beautiful shower/tub combo, kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge.

Outside:

Enjoy a beautifully landscaped backyard, PRIVATE POOL, large hot tub, and FREE Electric car EV charger.

Delray Beach is nestled between West Palm Beach and Boca Raton. The property is only 20 mins from West Palm Beach Airport and three blocks to the shared beach access and the intercostal waterway. A quick 6 minute drive to Atlantic Ave - Delray's vibrant downtown strip of restaurants, bars, and boutiques.
