The front door was unlocked and open on our arrival. The condo and surrounding environment did not feel safe at all, especially with a teenager in tow. We ended up not staying at this condo at all due to the overall unsafe environment. The host dis not immediately respond to my request about not staying at the condo for the two days we prepaid and booked, and was combative when briefed on the situation. I’ve used VRBO for several stays throughout the years and this was a first. With the many other options in the Delray area, look elsewhere.

Great apartment close to the beach

The apartment is very spacious and has two modern bathrooms with walk in showers. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking your own meals. I would have loved an electric kettle, but heating up water on the stove worked as well. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the apartment. The only thing I would like to point out is that the bedroom with the 2 beds has a back door with a glass insert leading to the courtyard. Since the courtyard is well lit at night, the room never really gets dark. Not a deal breaker for me, but it would be great if some blinds or blackout curtains could be installed. Everything else was fantastic and we will definitely stay again. I left a pool noodle with seat in the closet which hopefully will be enjoyed by other guests.

Family vacation

Great Place to Stay!

Had stayed all throughout Florida prior, but never in Delray Beach. So we booked this place because we liked the location, and it proved to be really ideal. A short walk to the ocean and a block from everything you could want in terms of food, drink, shopping, etc. It was also tucked away enough to be very quiet and peaceful at night… The unit itself was really nice on the inside, as you can tell it has been successfully renovated at some point. The property manager, Diane, and the head of housekeeping, Jackie, were both lightning quick to react to any needs and were incredibly helpful throughout the stay… We would highly recommend and would stay there again next time we’re in town.

Older condo property but very clean. Walking distance to everything needed for a gals getaway. Pool had some issues while we were there but didn't hinder using it.

Aug visit

It was what we needed space-wise and so close to the beach. Did not use the pool. Owner responsive. Could be a bit cleaner ex: coffeemaker not cleaned, and some cups dirty. A bit of a problem with a. c. which she assisted with. Toilet seat not fully affixed. Lots of towels, and utensils. Could use a small curtain for the front door.

Perfect spot

Great location: so close to the beach & Atlantic Ave & all the shops, bars & restaurants. The condo is clean, with all the necessities: Updated bathrooms, new beach chairs & towels, new washer & dryer , big TVs , refrigerator w ice maker. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Experience

Excellent location, short walk to beach, shops and restaurants. We were especially happy that our requests around flexibility with check-in and check-out were accommodated - it made all the difference! Overall the property was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Extremely clean, nicely decorated, in a great location!

The villa was great. The problem is that was advertised as having a pool. Unfortunately, the day we checked in, there were workers working on the pool -- cleaning, painting, etc. They said the pool wouldn't be usable for at least 4-5 days. This was a great disappointment to us all, especially our 7 year-old granddaughter

Great location!

Location is ideal, 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block to Atlantic Avenue! The unit was fine, not fancy, but the basics were there. Highly recommend visiting Delray Beach!

Great location!

This was our second stay in this rental. We love the Delray area and cannot beat the price of this rental and the location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as the beach. The rental was a great size for our family of 4 plus 1 grandparent. Bathrooms are spacious and clean, love having a washer and dryer (especially when vacationing with kids), and the pool is a plus and always enjoyed!
