Marigold Cottage features an inviting family room with a large L-shaped sofa and a Smart TV, as well as a living room outfitted with a plush sofa, chairs, and dual doors that open to the sunlit backyard. These cozy spaces are ideal for relaxing after a day of beachside fun and adventures in the sun.

The modern and spacious kitchen is the heart of this home, perfect for preparing delicious family meals. Fully equipped with everything you need, it also features a breakfast bar with high-top seating, ideal for gathering with family while cooking or enjoying your morning coffee.

The dining room boasts a large round table with seats for six, providing a great space to share meals or enjoy a game night with friends.

The two primary suite bedrooms both have king-size beds with luxury linens, ceiling fans, Smart TVs, ample windows for natural light, and private full bathrooms for your convenience. Additionally, there are two more bedrooms – one with a queen bed and Smart TV, & the other with two twin beds. All bedrooms come with plush linens, pillows, and ceiling fans for absolute comfort.

The property also includes a third full bathroom with a stand-up shower.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped with a full stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, & all your cookware including a drip style coffee pot. All your cutlery as well as tableware are stocked including spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil).

PARKING: Private driveway & street parking. Note this home only has parking for TWO cars - no garage access. There are charging capabilities for electric vehicles.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM & check-out is any time before 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

POOL: Complimentary pool heating to 84 degrees during peak season (Jan - Mar). Settings to warmer temperature (87 degrees) is available upon request at a fee of $50 p/day with a 3 day minimum & $500 Maximum. No pool heating fees will be assessed for reservations of 30 days or more.

DISCLAIMER: Embrace a peaceful stay; no events or gatherings allowed. Small dogs under 30 lbs are welcome with an additional pet rent fee $30/day.* Ensure prior written permission for pets to avoid a $500 fine and note no cats.
