Wow what a gem! This place exceeded my expectations by a long shot. Cool, retro building with everything a traveller could need. It was more like a 1 bedroom apartment. Across the street from the beach, a short walk to a beach bar and a little bit longer walk takes you to the ahops and restaurants on Atlantic Ave. SO QUIET, which is important to me. They gave a number to text for things you might need (ice, tissues, more towels) and someone would bring it right to your room. Super helpful and friendly staff. Warm, private pool offered shade and some time off the beach. I absolutely loved staying here and will be back asap!

The property is in an amazing location across the street from the beach and also walking distance to all the shopping/restaurants on Atlantic Ave. It is impeccably maintained and very clean. There is phone number you can text for anything you need (extra towels, etc) and the staff is very responsive. The AC is amazingly cold and effective (necessary in FL in July). The bed is a little hard, but overall I thought it was an excellent place for the price and would stay there again.

Delray Beach. Property has beach chairs for use.

This is my new hidden gem.Everything we could’ve asked for in a relaxing beach vacation. Simple. No frills. Had everything that we needed. Staff was extremely accommodating and attentive to anything we asked for. Directly across the beach with beach access right in front. Walking distance to everything— restaurants, bars, shopping. Great night life on the weekend. Central to nearby cities like Boca and West Palm if you choose to drive or Uber.

Dover review

We had a great time. The staff here were fabulous. They were very friendly, anything we asked for, ice, towels etc, they would bring them right away. Condo was a bit dated, but it had everything we needed. And was very clean. We sat on the porch every morning and evening. We loved the location, right across the street from the ocean. Restaurants and bars close, all in walking distance.

Great property and such nice staff. Unit was clean as was the common areas. Very close to Atlantic Avenue for shopping and restaurants.

Självservice nära strand och stad.

Lägenhetshotell med kök. Tyst och lugnt. Ingen städning under vistelsen och gästen förväntas lägga handdukar och sängkläderna i en tvättsäck samt bära soporna till en soptunna på parkeringen. Frukost finns ej på hotellet men det finns (dyra) restauranger i närheten. Sliten inredning och badrum.

Wormy paradise

We were disappointed in our stay. The mulch in the garden was full of worms that kept invading our apartment. The sofa bed mattress was like a medieval torture instrument.

Location, location location

A fabulous spot to stay at as the beach is across the street and the hotel is in walking distance of all that Delray Beach's Atlantic Avenue has to offer.

Beautiful property. Quiet. Relaxing.

Relaxing. Beautiful, tranquil property. Nice pool area. Beach across street. Quiet family beach. Beach was older folks and young families. No footballs (or any sports) or paddleball allowed on beach. Wooden padded chairs and heavy canvas umbrellas can be rented from beach vendor.

Average hotel

Close to all amenities but the hotel itself was disappointing, you had to make the bed yourself and on leaving had to put all dirty laundry, including bedding, into a bag ready for the maid. You also had to empty the rubbish bins. Having stayed in several hotels on this trip all around the same price it was the first time we been asked to do this, I was as I say disappointed.

Location was Great

The Dover House was a nice timeshare type place. It was easy to find and pretty much the way it's advertised. The 1 bedroom unit was comfortable and across the street from the beach.

The worst place on the beach I've ever stayed.

I recently stayed here. I had booked for 2 weeks but checked out 5 days early. My kids awoke to roaches on the floor every morning. Lamps, TV's and essential appliances all dated and falling apart. No one cleaned in over a week. The electric went out for a day followed by wi-fi going out for at least 4 days. It's across from the beach but that's all it has going for it. When attempting to contact management to leave early and get a refund, no one was available from the timeshare portion of this building. We checked out with the onsite manager and tried to follow up for a refund of the unused days to which we were refused. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE and MANAGEMENT.
