Honestly, This was an extremely disappointing experience.We had prepaid to stay at this property Feb 12-22, based on the beautiful photos and listing details. Boy were we in for a surprise!On arrival, we were unexpectedly told there might be someone staying in the attached garage, something never disclosed in the listing. (and he was there, popping out of the garage when we returned to meet the management company representative the next morning!).The patio doors were open, and the house itself was filthy - stained furniture and carpets, rusted appliances, and unsafe, wobbly stairs. The outdoor area was just as bad: torn, dirty furniture, a dirty pool, and overall poor maintenance. The property looked nothing like the listing photos, a clear misrepresentation.We felt so uncomfortable that we didn’t stay even one night and were forced to scramble to find 2 hotel rooms for our family at last minute rates.The management company (Voila Rental) failed to show up as promised, and while VRBO refunded their service fee, the host never issued the refund they promised and has since ghosted us.We have rented 5 or 6 times before through VRBO and have never had any issues. I would write more disastrous details but I'm limited to only 1500 characters! I would also give zero stars but gave one since at the very least VRBO refunded us their service fee!AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS!!
