Madhuban: met my expectations

It was a smooth check-in and a relaxing stay. I was helped with carrying up my luggage and then bring it down for check-out. The room was great and clean. Everything worked well: hot water, safe, etc., however the wi-fi in the room was not strong enough but it was ok. Breakfast was also included and masala tea was great. The staff was very nice and helpful. At my request they provided a car every day for a full day service for a reasonable price so I was able to see most interesting sights of Delhi. I liked this hotel and would like to book it again when I'm in New Delhi.

Better Budget Hotel

The Hotel is located in South Delhi, 40 min from the airport without heavy traffic and about 30 to the city center and all sights. We stayed there just to spend the last night before we flew out of India. Having stayed only at budget hotels of lower level and price than this in india, we found this place to be very clean, however, the sheets still had stains (never had a bed in India without them, whats up with that??). Bathroom had enough space, warm water, towels (also not super clean) and soaps. The breakfast buffet was good and abundant. The personell did not care much about what we wanted to do and how we can get there. They were not very helpful or friendly. Overall, it was ok staying at this hotel, for the deal we got. Paying full price is probably too much. In another country this hotel wouldn't have 3 stars.

I stayed in this hotel in May 2015, i have found its very very noisy they always have parties going on till late nights ,they dont even care about hotel guests.also in breakfast they dont have keep enough for everyone everytime we have to wait for the tea as well .....i hope they can short this simple problems

The hotel is very nice, I recommend it.

We were met at the reseption, fast checked in and taken to our room. The room was cosy and clean. We stayed in a delux room which was big and nice. The AC worked well. Breakfast included into the rate was quite OK. Overall I really liked our stay in the hotel. The area where it is situated is very nice and safe. Thank you!

Pleasant stay

This is a nice little hotel with excellent staff. However needs improvement with the quality of breakfast and overall food menu. They had number of food items listed in the menu. When requested few of the items they said they could not make it ! At the same time would like to appreciate them. When we went for Agra trip leaving early morning, they packed our breakfast, which was nice of them. We had two rooms for 5 nights and both rooms were comfy with low noise levels. Hotel is situated in a good location with access to all amenities.

Nice Hotel at the best locality in Delhi

We wanted to have a 4 night stay at Delhi and we were looking at a good hotel around GK. Madhuban by Peppermint Hotels turned out to be the one we were looking for. The room was excellent and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was very good. Though they have a limited ala-carte choices the taste and food quality was very good. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

a good hotel, in a decent neighborhood

as a female travelling alone, i was looking for a safe place to stay. in Delhi Madhuban is located in a location where there is still a certain amount of security. Greater Kailash 1 is a safe and upmarket area - thankfully the hotel rates are still affordable. the deluxe rooms are spacious and clean - bathrooms include the basic amenities like soaps, shampoo and hot water. the room service is prompt, and while the menu isn't varied, its interesting if you plan to stay for a few days. the hotel is best suited for business travellers.

did not get to stay here

Inspite of our booking and paying full in advance to expedia we were not able to stay at this hotel! They did not have any rooms for us and some rooms were not available as the AC was not working. At about 11 in the night We were instead transfered to a nearby meridian hotel which was a lower category hotel. Hotel seemed to be understaffed.

Great location, good beds and bathrooms

Very comfortable stay at a convenient location. Good beds and bathrooms but breakfast is a bit basic.. however, minibar in room so can add your own food if required. Hotel is located near two very good Delhi shopping areas - M Block market for just about everything, and N Block market for good bars and restaurants as well as flagship stores for the well-known Indian textile brands Anokhi and FabIndia. Good value for money.

People make the difference

The response of the staff was not very good. They appeared as to be carrying a job assigned to them. A guest coming to a hotel expects pleasant and welcoming attitude from the people in the front office which we found lacking. The location of the hotel is good and size of the rooms comfortable. The toiletries required to be upgraded as it had liquid soap only.

Decent hotel for a reasonable price

Breakfast was good. room service was ok (not very great). Wireless internet connectivity was not upto the mark. It took them a while to setup my internet connectivity. I stayed for 3 nights and I got internet after a day.

We stayed overnight before heading out to the airport (which is about half-hour away by cab under light traffic conditions). Clean rooms, comfortable beds and service was good. Overall, good value for the price.

Great value, location, nice rooms

The hotel was a great value in a convenient location in Central Delhi. The rooms were quite nice, especially for the price compared to other options at the same price level. The staff was very friendly although sometimes slow. The breakfast option was quite tasty with good variety. An overall great find!

I checked in at 8:30 am on the day of my booking, and was charged Rs.2000 for the extra 3 hours. I don't think this is reasonable.
