失敗しない最高レベルのホテル

ロケーション、スタッフの接客、ラウンジのクオリティーなど全てにおいて最高レベルのホテルで最高の滞在でした。次回インド訪問時にもこのホテルを予約したいと思います。唯一、部屋の臭いが気になりました。アンモニア臭がしたのでちょっと辛かったです。

満足度高いです。

普段デリーへの出張時にビジネスで使用していて快適なため、今回家族と宿泊。デリーエアロシティーの他のホテルと比べても綺麗で清潔、高級感あり。スタッフの対応もインドのホテルの中では一番良いレベル。朝食も品数・種類が多く、非常に良い。難点は、いつも結構混んでいて、予約が取りづらいことと、ホテルの中にある日本食レストランが残念なこと。総合的に満足度は高い

食事のおいしい空港敷地内ホテル

空港敷地内にあるので、デリーのひどい渋滞に巻き込まれることなく10分で着きます。常ににぎわう人気ホテルですが、高級感を損ねることなく快適に過ごせます。レストランはイタリアン、中華、インドのビュッフェ形式で、非常においしく、種類も豊富ですので、誰でも満足するはずです。空港近くで間違いなくお勧めできるホテルです。

これがJ.Wマリオット？？最悪のホテルです(＞＜)

スイートルームに泊まりましたが、温かいお湯が出ずバスタブに入れず最悪でした。また深夜1時までレストランからの大音量の音楽で全く眠れかった。スタッフの対応も全く教育できておらず腹立たしいことが数々ありました。もう二度と絶対に泊まりません。

管理がよくできたホテルです

全般的に管理はよくできており、スキのなさを感じます。従業員は機転も聞きそうですし、親切です。ただし、（インドではありがちですが）サービスに押し付けがましさを感じます。この点は、やや“うざい”かも知れません。エアロシティは街中等と比べて他のホテルも価格は高めですから、トランジットや早朝出発目的でないのなら、街中のホテルを選ぶ方が賢明かと思います。

We only stayed at the hotel for 1 night. This is a beautiful hotel. The location was perfect for us since it is only about a 5 min ride from the airport and we were in between 2 international flights. We enjoyed the food at K3 for breakfast and dinner. The beds were comfortable, bathroom was large with great showrrs, and the room was quiet despite the close proximity to the airport. The staff was very friendly. We would come back here anytime.

very convenient location to go to airport. Hotel is very comfortable with many spaces to sit and relax. Staff is very helpful and were very nice to all our group. Buffet was very good, great variety.
