I book 1500 THB Room but everything worse like 500 THB. Totally terrible not valuable. I get Sick because of pollution in hotel. Unhappy 😭😭😭😭😭

Not clean. Stayed for 10 minutes observed roaches and left. They did try to offer a new room and they were extremely nice but when u have bug spray on deck this is a known problem. Nothing was done when I cancelled no assistance from Expedia either

Property was decent average for the cost paid. Room phone was not working. Breakfast was 230/- which was costly in my opinion. Staff was available all the time. Check in, check out was easy.

Friendly staff. Room is fine. We were able to get extra blankets with no problem because the nights were cold. Good breakfast, but needs more varieties when you stay for few nights. Very interesting location because of very few tourists. You are in a typical indian area where you can see how local people are living. The area is safe.

Good service, helpful staff, decent rooms. Dinner and breakfast were very good, but overpriced. Didn’t like the location though. Took some time to get to the hotel.

Its just ok!
Its just a one night because our flight arrived late. The area is quite dark and in the middle of crowded area. The room given to us with cockcroach but it was nice. Breakfast Food were amazing.

The staff and service were excellent, and the room completely met our needs. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. It is a great place to stay to get a feel for the town, but not too far from the airport (about a half hour drive).

We were very pleased with our stay at Sun star. Hotel was clean and well maintained, staff were very friendly and accommodating with all our needs particularly with organising. We were appointed a wonderful driver Ashok who took care of us each day! Hotel is in a safe area with alot of places to eat and shops within walking distance. Breakfast was good each morning with a good variety! Would definitely return.

Déception
La chambre était confortable avec une bonne literie mais la vue de la fenêtre donnait sur un mur. Le restaurant était en travaux suite à un incendie ainsi nous devions prendre le petit déjeuner dans l’entrée de l’hôtel sur une table de salon, pas très intime et confortable. De plus nous n’avons pas été prévenu de ce problème avant notre arrivée, ce qui est anormal et aucune ristourne ou avantage dû à cet inconvénient.

Middle of the night arrival
We arrived at at 3 am to a dark hotel,it took a few minutes to have someone open the door. Very helpful staff , breakfast was very nice on the roof top..helped us find atm the next day.

Not a good experience. The hotel itself is decent, but check out was and continues to be a nightmare. My Expedia rate includes all room charges and taxes. The front desk associate refused to honor my agreement with Expedia and told me that I must pay 18% in taxes. These taxes were already included in the Expedia rate. The front desk associate informed me that it is not my fault or the hotel’s fault and that I must pay the room charge, the taxes, and then “additional” taxes. Since I had a flight to catch, rather than argue, I let the associate charge my credit card again and told him I would contest the charge. Once I arrived to the airport, I received a message on WhatsApp from the hotel associate who apologized for overcharging me and agreed to provide a refund. He said he could issue the refund via PayTM which we do not use in the US. I have requested several times for my credit card to be refunded and have been told this is “impossible.” A very frustrating experience that soured my trip. I should not have to fight so hard to correct a mistake that was not mine. I will contest the charges directly with my credit card issuer and I will absolutely never stay here again.

The staff was helpful and their service was accommodating. The rooftop space and breakfast setup is quite lovely. The only minor complaint would be how the walls are so thin and it's easy to hear sounds coming from other rooms. One night, the noise of another guest snoring in their room was so loud, it prevented me from sleeping. Otherwise, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were even much nicer than expected. So for the price, I would say Sunstar Heritage is a good value. Just remember to pack ear plugs and you're all set!

Le personnel était courtois et aidant. Hotel un peu vieillot mais confortable. L'eau chaude est disponible certaines heures de la journée. Nous n'avons pas pu prendre de douche chaude avant de quitter en excursion pendant la nuit. La rue est barré aux voitures la nuit, ce qui permet de réduire le bruit du quartier et de bien dormir.

Good overall impression
Good location of hotel, close to Rajendra Place metro station, quiet and rather safe neighborhood. Improvement points: keep food warm in restaurant and enforce the "quiet nights" initiative. Hallways (not carpeted) very noisy at night and early morning from all the foot traffic and conversations of guests mostly. We had to ask a guest to go back to his room and talk on the phone at 7 am! Food in restaurant very good and staff very friendly, always willing to help and strive for improvement was very obvious.

Clean and friendly.
Hotel is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It does not have the amenities as bigger hotels, but I was not there for that. They have a really nice rooftop restaurant. Location is very centralized. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful hotel
Good location hotel which was surprising very clean. The location is close to the metro station which makes it easy to reach other parts of Delhi. Would certainly recommend to stay here. The staff are very welcoming and helpful

Outstanding Service
The hotel is in a quiet street only 10 minutes walk from the nearest Metro station. The room was very clean and had a comfortable bed. The staff were all amazing and could not do enough to help us. The service was outstanding and they even booked our train tickets to Agra for us.

The staff at the hotel were great to us. Very accommodating of our schedule and some extra people staying with us. The breakfast bar was just enough of a variety to keep you interested in coming back each morning. The restaurant for dinner took almost an hour between ordering and receipt of food. I would suggest you call ahead to order, or place the order with the staff and advise that you'll come back in 45mins to eat. The food once it arrived was very good and we ate at the hotel as opposed to trying out anything nearby. The hotel is in a quieter part of town, which was nice for us, at the end of a long day of shopping, it was nice to retreat to a quiet street. It can be a little difficult to navigate to the hotel, but the stay was worth it. There isn't much around the local area in terms of restaurants and it's far from the main shopping street Chandni Chowk, so you may find it difficult to get a rickshaw that's willing to take you out that far. Shopping in Karol Bagh can be done as well and there's plenty of selection on their main foot path street in Karol Bagh.
