Deluxe room?
Overpriced (from this site) I think the rates are probably better if you just turn up or book directly with the hotel. We booked a deluxe room for two adults and one twelve year old but were only given one bed. It took a very long time to get a second mattress. Reception staff didn’t have a record of our booking and seemed to find us hilarious. Breakfast is a very strange experience in a windowless room used to store water bottles with a bizarre selection of choices (cold pasta, parathas, empty cornflake dispensing tube, kettles with chai and warm milk in, toast, cold boiled eggs, papaya). Bedroom windows too thick with dirt to see out of, cold shower, no towels provided until requested.

I was overcharged at least four times for this hotel by Expedia. A reputed company like Expedia should not do such business.
Initially I was put in Room 201 which was small and had broken and dusty furniture - even the door-knob for the bathroom was broken. The whole room had a terrible smell of smoke.
After some shouting I was put in room 206. 206 was of decent size. It had stains in walls, curtain was dirty, tabletops were stained, bathroom, esp. shower stall was filthy, toilet seat was broken and shower-head did not function. Everything looked old and dirty in the room. The central AC could not be controlled. The worst thing was that hot water was not available for 24 hours. It is turned only for a couple of hours in the morning. The water from the tap is yellow - water tank was not cleaned for years. The internet connection was not there in 206 initially. After shouting it was repaired. The breakfast in basement is served very cold and is not very hygienic. Initially the staff does not respond but when shouted at they complied with the request. Overall my stay of 3 days was a bad experience. This type of hotel should not be even listed by Expedia.

I had booked the hotel for my parents. They had a late night connection to catch and they needed a few good hours of rest before a long trip. On arrival there the hotel staff said that they did not have any rooms available at the hotel as they probably had sold it to someone else. They put them up in a place who knows quite a bit away from the hotel. My parents didn’t have a choice as it was only for a few hours.But it sure spoiled their trip and they had to make sure they leave the other place very early as it was in a totally unknown location. Hopefully Expedia takes a notice so that they don’t do this again.

Localização prática
Localização próxima ao metrô e só. Hotel mal cuidado com péssimo café da manhã e limpeza deficiente. Melhor escolher outro lugar.

Horrible to sum it up
Had booked this after reading multiple reviews across site for my mom who was travelling alone and needed to board a morning flight from delhi airport. But not only was she made to wait beyond 30 minutes to check in but was then given a room which was in terrible condition. She was once again made to wait while the room was being cleaned. Extremely disappointed !
