Our property is just around the corner from all the shopping, restaurants, and nightlife that downtown Delavan has to offer. Mill Pond, a delightful swimming area with a small beach and lifeguards, is just down the street.

    Please note that while our shoreline offers beautiful views and excellent fishing (UPDATE: LAKE COMUS HAS BEEN TEMPORARILY DRAINED AND FISHING IS NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL THE LAKE IS FILLED BACK IN, EXPECTED FALL 2025), it is rocky and unsuitable for swimming. For a refreshing swim, head to the managed Mill Pond nearby. Both bathrooms in the home are equipped with showers, but no bathtubs are available.

Great stay, very clean with a fully functional kitchen and large washer and dryer. Nice view of the lake with an enormous backyard. Good driveway with off-street parking. Easy walk to Main Street. Would stay again.

Long weekend getaway

Had a small reunion of college friends. This was excellent place for our group. Walking distance for most things easy to get to downtown with lots of things to do not too far from the lake. The town is very nice with lots of community activities.

The owner cancelled my reservation the day before I was to arrive. My friends and I were left scrambling to find a new place to stay less than 24 hours before leaving home. I am now in a fight with VRBO to refund my money. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I do not recommend staying in Tom Brown's rentals.

Fun Weekend in Delevan

Wedding guest accomodations

Great alternative to staying at a hotel for a wedding. Everything was comfortable, kirchen well furnished. Views to the lake amazing and walking distance to cute downtown.

Wedding weekend

Was in town for a wedding and chose this location because of the proximity to downtown Delavan. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back in the summer season

Wonderful lakeside property with giant backyard and covered outdoor seating.

The owner and property exceeded out standards. Will stay again! Loved having access to a garage to storage my hitch tray while in the area. Short scenic drive to Lake Geneva.

Great house with a great location

Our party of six had plenty of space here to enjoy the Lake Delavan attractions and the area of Lake Geneva nearby. The house was clean and tidy on our arrival and the host responded promptly to the questions we had. We could come here again!

Cute as heck!

Had a girl's weekend and we all loved it! Easy walk to main street Delavan to some fine restaurants and pubs. The bedrooms were comfy and the whole place was spotless.! We will be booking with Tom and Amy for our next girls weekend next year!

Enjoyed our stay

We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed this rental property. It's clean and well maintained, bed was comfortable, and it has a large, well-equipped kitchen. Large deck out back was a very pleasant place to sit and relax. Location is decent, a 5 min walk to all the Delavan main street stores, and half an hour drive to Lake Geneva. Can recommend.

Our stay at this home was very lovely. The house was well kept and clean. The weather did not cooperate so we were unable to do any of the outdoor activities but there was plenty to do had it been nicer outside. I would definitely stay her again when in the area.

Girls weekend getaway!

We rented with Tom at his wonderful cabin in Delevan! We had 9 girls and it was a blast. Tom was great at communicating with me before our trip and was also very attentive when I had questions during our stay. The view was beautiful and overall it was a great weekend!

Weekend in Delevan, WI

Our family of three couples and one infant from across the country gathered in Delavan, WI for a wedding at a nearby resort. We were there in November, so we could not take advantage of the large deck. The place was perfect for our brief weekend, and we would gladly return in the summer!

Awesome Property and Managers

My friends and I booked this house for the 4th of July week and we absolutely loved staying here. The house was very clean when we walked in, the TV had convenient/watchable apps, the beds were perfect and comfy, etc. Tom was great and had fast communication for whatever questions I had prior to my stay and during my stay. Thank you so much again!
