The kitchen is fully equipped with cooktop, built-in oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. In the living room stove create both warmth and coziness (wood included in the rent). TV (with several Allente channels, also German channels), DVD and CD available. The cottage has three bedrooms, two rooms each with double bed and comfortable spring mattresses and a room with a bed. The tiled bathroom has underfloor heating and contains a shower, toilet and washbasin with washstand. The cottage is located about 200 meters from the fine sandy beach in the bay of Hanö between Åhus and Haväng, right near the gateway to Österlen. The settlement is located in a holiday home area with walking distance to the sea, kiosk and camping. The area has pine forest with many nice trails to walk on. For those who play golf, Degeberga golf course is within a mile distance. Other golf courses are nearby. Brösarp (known for, among other things Brösarps Hills and the famous The events, Antiques Fair, Modern Trade Fair) lies a mil here and Kivik (known among other Kivik Market and the famous apple market) is two mil to. Kristianstad is within only three and a half miles. Within less than four miles away, we Simrishamn that is Österlens single city. Nearby are several smokehouses, where you can buy different kinds of fish delicacies. Not far away is also several nice restaurants serving very good food. Two of them have recently been nice, big awards. There are several grocery stores within a mil from the cottage.
