"There is a cockroaches inside the room. The bathroom didn't have a protective box, and it was flooding the bathroom and the bedroom with water that spilled everywhere.

"Hotel Palmas del Sol is my favorite in/near the historical center.
There are many things I like to do around there, exchanging money, going to the barber, the gym is almost nearby I have some social connections in the area.
Otherwise I wouln't go to this area again.
The breakfast is good, I like the staff.

The first room they put me in didn't have a remote for the A/C and it was stuffy and smelled badly and had dust from construction around the room. The second room was clean, but had very few things in the kitchen and the drapes look like they were purchased at the dollar store and didn't fit the windows well, so the outside lights came into the room at night. The hotel was in a very sketchy neighborhood...

"Iconic hotel, we always choose this hotel due to the location in town. Pool is on a terrace with a view. The suite is very large and a balcony with a view over the city.
