The cottage is completely set up for your stay with a fully equipped kitchen & dining area walking into a seperate lounge room equiped with a real flame, decorative fireplace and fully stocked minibar.

The main bedroom sleeps two people in secluded queen sized comfort, with window views over the surrounding countryside.

Adjacent to the kitchen sits a stairwel leading to an open loft offering a seperate sleeping area for two. Perfect for children and/or additional guests.

The sprawling yards surrounding the cottage boast breathtaking rural views which are frequented by a bevy of native wildlife and a rangale of local deer.

The surrounding outdoor balcony is fitted with a wood fired pizza oven, bbq, and bar fridge. This is offset by a sheltered undercover area designed for relaxing, dining, or simply sitting by the chiminea under the stars.

We are situated only 20 minutes from Launceston airport, 15 minutes to Evandale township, and 30 minutes from Launceston.
