「We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at Emerald Villas and Suites. Irene was so friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful with the most incredible views!! Within a short 5 minutes drive to the port where we enjoyed dinner and a small beach. Highly recommend!!」

「We were looking for a family vacation in a quiet location in proximity to the beach. This vacation villa ticked all the boxes and as a bonus, we had our own private pool to enjoy as well. Nikoletta was a wonderful host that made sure we had everything we needed. We had two beaches within 3-5 min from the property and the kids had a blast. If you are looking for a storybook location with beautiful nature and beaches that you only see in movies this is the perfect location in northern Kefalonia.」

We were enthralled with the location, the villa itself, the garden and pool area, in fact, the whole experience has left us with lots of wonderful memories, memories that we shall cherish, forever... 「Villa Alemar ist traumhaft zwischen Meer und Bergen gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen gemütlichen Urlaub nötig ist. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Unser Gastgeber Dinos hat uns viele Tipps für Restaurants und Aktivitäten gegeben, vielen Dank dafür :) Für Verbindungen in größere Orte, Erkundungen und das Einkaufen würde ich ein Auto empfehlen, in Barbati selbst bekommt man allerdings auch das Nötigste. 「Sehr angenehme Gastgeber, welche einem jeden Wunsch erfüllen wenn man Wünsche hat. Das Haus ist wunderschön und abseits der touristischen Städte, jedoch nahe genug um einen kurzen Bastecher dorthin zu machen. Alles ist sauber und man bekommt wenn man will frische Handtücher oder sonstiges. Die Gastgeber sind über freundlich und sympathisch und geben auch Tips für tolle Strände und Fährverbindungen. 「Lovely villa although the villa was advertised as having a smart TV which it wasn’t and the TV only had one channel in English (news). As the weather was bad we had hoped to watch Netflix but couldn’t because it wasn’t a smart TV. The communication re: check in and check out was non-existent therefore I had to contact the host myself to get the information.」

「You can believe all the other reviews about this property - we would give it more than 5 stars if we could. Anastasia was a fabulous host & was always available if we needed something - either on WhatsApp or at the property. We stayed in one of the Grand Suites in Mid-April 2024. The rooms were clean & full of little touches you’d expect in a 5 star property. They even left dishwasher tablets just in case you needed to use it. The lounge was large, comfortable & clean with high end furnishings....

「Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Parking is onsite. We were there in April, off season, so the Bar/restaurant was not open. There's a hot water kettle in the room but no coffee maker. There are good restaurants within walking distance. Good location being in town. 」
