「The person working the evening I checked in was less than courteous on the phone. Very short with me and cut me off several times. This interactions thong was brought up when I checked out the following morning and the hostess was kind and gracious in her receiving of my message.」

「Nice location on the island. should consider tv's as there's not much to do after dinner. most of the stores/restaurants were closed mid week during out stay.」

「It was a clean simple motel stay with excellent water access and a nice view of Fisherman's bay Only complaint was our upstairs neighbors were a bit loud (I suspect they were locals) but we were off-season on a Friday night, it was fine.」

「Room was very clean. Nice view of grassy park out of window. Only thing I didn’t like was the lighting in the bedroom section. There is only a bright overhead light near the bedroom window (quite far from the center of room), or a tiny light by bed headboard. Check in was quick and easy. Parking easy.」

「We absolutely loved the welcoming warm greetings of the staff person. The room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed. We missed a hand rail in the tub/shower. We did not like the frequent and repetitive messaging regarding our arrival and departure times. One even tried to upsell us on an earlier arrival time and larger room. This was annoying and if it hadn’t been for the lovely desk person we might not have enjoyed the property as much. Please reconsider this intrusive...

「Yes the property welcomed our 18 lb. Havanese. However the Shaw Suite where we stayed was very disappointing. I would consider it very shabby…chipped paint on kitchen cabinets…old rickety dining chairs.. Ancient mattresses that were very saggy and uncomfortable…the bathroom is a horror…cracked and moldy wall by the shower…tiny, ancient and dingy bathroom. Although the Inn is pet friendly…the pet friendly room we stayed in was not human friendly at all! Our to go breakfast however was very...

「I cant speak to the food but i can say everyone was amazing. Room was comfy and view was amazing. 200% recommend a stay here. Firepits and drinks are so lovely in the evening. 」

「We stayed in a deluxe suite, it was obviously recently done and looked immaculate, including linens and towels; the suite had 2 balconies with view over the bay. On the negative side there were no restaurants open in Rosario but Eastsound is a less than a 10 minute drive and there were several there. Very close to Moran Nationalpark, plenty of hiking and scenery; the Moran mansion however is closed.」

「Everything was delightful. I was received most graciously out on the road because I could not find the place. The room was extremely pleasant with those touches that make it feel really cozy like a white robe and slippers. I had not told them that stairs were difficult for me so they had me on the third floor, but when I requested a first floor unit, they immediately switched me down without any hassle. 」
