The main level has a large family room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake. In addition it boasts a wood burning fireplace. The eat in kitchen has seating for 6 with an additional 2 seats at the breakfast bar. There is a large deck off the kitchen with additional outdoor seating for 6 as well as a Weber gas grill and flat top grill (propane is provided). The primary suite has a king bed, fireplace, private balcony and attached bath/shower.

Plenty of sleeping options can be found on this floor and offer a quiet retreat.

The lower level also has a large family room with a fireplace and walks out to large patio with patio table, picnic table, lounge chairs, fire pit and hammock. Additionally, there is a laundry/ storage room with a full size washer and dryer.

There is driveway parking for at least 6 vehicles. Please note that garage access is not available.

There is a convenience store about 2 miles away, the closest grocery store is about a 10 minute drive. Four Winds Casino is in Hartford about 10 minutes away. This area is known for local wineries as Paw Paw is a 20 minute drive as are several small wineries.
