Small house with a courtyard on the town square in the city center

  • Adorable and completely renovated fishermen's house with courtyard in the center of Deauville.

    When you open the door to the fully enclosed courtyard, you will be directly on the market. It is located 5 minutes walk from the train station, 10 minutes from the beach, and the casino.

    You will find all the necessary shops and restaurants all around.

    It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher), with a dining area, the table folds out to offer a larger space for sharing.

    A living room equipped with a sofa and an armchair with footrest, two pull-out tables, a large TV (smart TV), internet. Board games of all ages are at your disposal.

    Upstairs, 2 double bedrooms and a shower room.
    One of the bedrooms has several books for children and teenagers.

    The house is located in a private backyard, a large table is at your disposal with two deckchairs. From the courtyard, you will not hear the hustle and bustle of this magnificent market present several days of the week, every weekend and every day of the Parisian school holidays.

    Pets are allowed.
    Late arrival possible.
