"2 families, 4 adults and 4 kids had a brilliant stay. There was plenty of sleeping space, bathrooms and a brilliant large kitchen table to eat and play games on. The hot tub was a real hit, and the fire pit at the end of the garden was great for toasting marshmallows. Location was excellent for walking to the beach, high street and to Waitrose along the peaceful canal. Would highly recommend!"

"1 3/4 bed, not double although enough space in bedroom for a king size, and I'm sorry to say, the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever experienced. Dead flies and spider webs around the property but otherwise fairly clean. Small TV. Impractical bath, no shower curtain, had to shower crouched in the bath to avoid water spilling over the bath. Bathroom door doesn't shut or gets stuck if managed to close. Muddy parking area. Beautiful property, nicely decorated and lovely area"
