「Spent 5 days. 2 of the days, there was no hot water. We had a total of 9 rooms occupied by family. One of the days we had no hot water was the morning we were all getting ready to attend a funeral. Had to get ready in cold water. There were 2 large towels, 2 hand towels & 2 wash cloths. Asked for extra towels. Staff said we cannot give extras. Asked for extra blanket, We were given a thin bed covering. The one that goes on top for decoration. They said it was all they had. We had a king room...

「Checked in Sat. July 18-VERY friendly, helpful receptionist. Give her a raise! Room was very clean. Bed very comfortable. We were given a nice downstairs room with a King bed. Would stay here again. Even the Housekeeping and Breakfast ladies were friendly and kind. Only wish is that the a/c worked better. Our room seemed humid ~ but at least it was cool.」

「J’ai passé une nuit dans cet établissement et, globalement, mon séjour s’est bien déroulé. Le personnel était accueillant et l’expérience a été positive dans l’ensemble. En revanche, un point mérite d’être signalé : l’odeur de cigarette est très présente, notamment à l’accueil en raison des fumées provenant de l’intérieur du bar. Pour les non-fumeurs, cela peut être assez désagréable et donner une mauvaise première impression en arrivant. Mis à part cet aspect, le séjour a été satisfaisant.」

「I was told the pool was open, but it was so dirty my kid couldn’t swim in it. Very green. Mold in shower, big dip in bed. AC was filthy. Would not recommend」

「I love the casino nice size I also loved the fact that it is a family oriented place, my kids was able to go and enjoy there self just as much as us, I loved kid quest and the pool the lazy river was amazing, and the food was good too I just wish there were more vegetarian items,」

「Breakfast was really good. Staff was very nice. Nice room. AC worked good. My only complaint is that I tried to get my room at my discounted rate through the hotel I work at and was told they had never heard of that even though I had the reservation pulled up with the discounted prices. Additionally I arrived Saturday morning but was still charged Friday night after the front desk said they would wave Friday night’s fee.」
