"Rooms in need of updating, stains on linens, the door was missing the latch plate. You can tell there hasnt been maintenance done in a long time. Jets not working in hottub. The hotel seems as though it has been neglected by maintenance "

I have 2 complaints: 1. external entrance doors on either end of the hotel appeared to never be locked. Fitness room and laundry room doors were not locked l room doors were not locked. Did not need to use my key for any of these areas so seemed unsafe to me. 2. blackout curtains on room window did not fit correctly, allowing light to come into the room throughout the night."
