Staff were very friendly and inviting. Hotel has suffered damage to the pool area and outside area. They are actively working on the repairs. Room was clean and stocked well. Would stay here again.

We've stayed here several times and I forget her name but the Latina woman at the front desk always gives us a very friendly and welcoming greeting and the check-in process is always quick and painless.

Our room was ocean view with a balcony, which was very nice. Most homes and hotels in this area were damaged by a hurricane a few years back, unfortunately this hotel lost the pool. This was not disclosed when I booked the hotel. We were Very disappointed as I paid for a hotel with that resort feel

They only give you one parking pass per room and we met our daughter there so needed two. They also charge you for the one parking pass. Unheard of at a Holiday Inn Express. There was limited dining and not very convenient to anything.

I liked everything. Staff was outstanding. They didn't put on fake smiles and pretend to care. Everything here was genuine. I enjoyed once again and will be back. I've stayed a lot of places but this one will be the only place I will stay when I'm in town. Thanks again for being the best hotel

Beach front was destroyed, supposedly it was under constitution but no signs of repairs in progress, no pool or spa. Lamps inside the room were corroded and look very nasty. Doors were light and I could hear everything happening near by, vehicle traffic, people in the hallway, elevator, etc very annoying!. Extremely overprices for an old hotel. I do not recommend it. Low price guaranteed from Expedia is a lie. Prices at the hotel website and similar website were less expensive but still not worth it.

Holiday Inn express was wonderful. There was a designated gluten-free table and I don’t see that very often! I do not like dealing through Expedia anymore. Somehow they charged Holiday Inn an extra hundred dollars on my bill. Holiday Inn express is getting that back and putting it back on my credit card.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good. No pool or deck access due to damage from recent storms.

Vain upea maisema
Maisema oli mahtava ja parveke oli paras paikka huoneesta. Hotelli oli saanut varmaan vettä myrskyissä koska huoneessa oli selvästi merkkejä kosteudesta ja haisi homeelle. Vedenpaine oli onneton ja suihku oli vaikea käyttää. Uima-allas ei ollut käytössä ja remonttia tehtiin monessa paikkaa. Kova hinta vain upeasta maisemasta.
