Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
When we arrived early we went to the bar at the location and a cockroach ran across the counter. When we went in the lobby it had a very bad smell and there was someone at the registration desk for his interview and there was a misunderstanding and he was told his interview was cancelled and he left yelling and threatening the property. We went up to our room and it had a smell and the front door didn’t seem secure. We are 2 women on vacation and didn’t feel safe or comfortable so we went to get a hotel room somewhere else. We did not stay there. For as much money I was charges I expected better accommodations. I called the number I had for the reservation and reported the issues. Very disappointed.
