PLEASE NOTE: This Horizons building will be undergoing extensive concrete restoration through 2026. Please be aware there will likely be construction noise (from 8 am - 4pm weekdays) and other impacts if your dates fall in that range.

This true all oceanfront property offers absolute privacy in a building that is key/code entry only, private underground parking and a beautiful oceanfront pool. See the blue waters of the Atlantic as you sun pool-side or from the private expansive balcony,complete with outdoor seating. Our Horizons Condominium is located on the 9th floor in a very sought after building. Experience what we've created with a vacation in mind. If you are looking for a vacation destination that is truly oceanfront, this property offers just that. -Master Suite-The oceanfront master suite features direct access to the oceanfront balcony and large windows to view the ocean and the beautiful sunrises from the King-size bed. Full bath,lighted vanity. The Living Room-The oceanfront living room is tastefully decorated (with queen size sleeper sofa)and has direct access to the balcony. Also featured is a 40 'TV with Cable. -Kitchen-The kitchen is completely equipped and features all appliances.There are oceanviews from the kitchen.The lighting and tile are just some of the finishing touches of this kitchen. -The Balcony provides outdoor seating.You can view the spectacular ocean,beach and even the pool from our spacious balcony. -The private oceanfront pool has access to the beach from the private walkway.There is also an 'after-swim' shower after a day at the beach. All linens provided with extra sets additionally. We also provide beach chairs and a supply of beach towels. Unlimited Local Phone service provided.For long distance you can use a cell phone or calling card. PLEASE NOTE: I get many questions about the differences between waterfront,oceanfront,beachfront and oceanview.They are all directly on the water in EXCEPT for Oceanview. If you are looking for an OCEANFRONT, BEACHFRONT, OR WATERFRONT vacation rental being directly on the water and beach, please keep in mind some properties are advertised as oceanfront when they are actually OCEANVIEW.

Amazing condo on the beach

This condo exceeded our expectations. It is right on the beach with a beautiful ocean view and easy beach access. The condo itself is lovely. There was plenty of room for our family of six, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay immensely and will stay here again.

Very spacious, comfortable accommodations only negative is still doing repairs on building so we were unable to use the balcony, little noisy but that subsided as week went on. Multiple keys but turned out we only needed one for door to garage which was often propped open, door for gate to beach and door to enter building from the beach/pool area

Very beautiful condo

The condo was amazing and just what we expected! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! Aside from some loud construction noise some days it was very enjoyable and relaxing! Valerie was a great host and always there to answer any questions!

Great place to stay

First time staying in Daytona. The place was great. Nice and spacious, accessible to beaches. The building was under construction starting early, got loud at times and the place had AC issues. Valerie was very kind and did what she could to make sure we were comfortable.

Spring Getaway

The description of the property was accurate. The noise was not all that bad from construction. When we got there a sign was posted that balcony was closed. That was not posted in the description. There was a film over the balcony door but could still see the ocean. It was pretty cool snd windy most days so sitting out on balcony was out of the question. When construction is over this balcony will be outstanding! The rooms were nice. Beds slept very well! The master bedroom pics were different. So updating had been done but pics not changed on listing. Perfect location with beach and pool access! When all construction is done on outside and lobby this will be a showcase! I have to say this was a great stay and the manager Valerie was a great host! I always leave something after a stay and this time was my jewelry! These were pieces I was attached to but not truly expensive! But Valerie took the time to find them for me and sent them to me via UPS! That kind of service can’t be found easily! Thank you again Valerie! Restaurants: Charlie Horse, Riptides, the Big Tuna just to name a few are within a mile of this place. We would gladly stay here again!

Nice and comfortable , only problem was cable access to one of bedrooms didn’t work. And the construction noise, <<( but we were well aware before renting unit) would stay again without any worry. Enjoyed !

Property conditions

We expected construction while we were there, however it should have been disclosed to the level of noise we encountered. Also we noticed that the Horzons was practically the only condo unit that had not put up temporary steps to the beach. I also feel several conditions should be disclosed that wasn’t. Scale of 1-10 I would say I give a 5 for value for the expense. For unit cleanliness on a scale 1 - 10 I would say about 8.

No need for alarm…jackhammer will wake you at 8

*Property was dated but clean. *Concrete work=jackhammer noise all day…not at all relaxing. *No direct beach access…must walk a quarter mile to get there. Should include that info in listing. *Cannot use balcony during weekday work hours. Should include that info in listing. *No window coverings in guest bedroom…if the jackhammer didn’t wake you, the sun will. *Would not recommend.

Please beware

My family has been traveling and renting for more than 20 years. I want the public to know that with this host, false accusations have been made and claims filed on the insurance that are false. We were accused of taking towels. We have NEVER taken anything from any property. The host states we took towels and filed a claim against us. Granted, we have insurance to protect us, but this is a principle. If you are going to stay here, take an inventory of EVERYTHING and document it to protect yourself. I take any accusation very seriously in a situation like this. It is saying you stole property; that did not happen.

This condo is really spacious. Everything that we needed was there, which made it a lot easier. I was worried about not having a washer/dryer in the room, but the laundry room is the next door down in the hall way. Great location, I would definitely stay here again

The overall experience was really good. The condo was as advertised. Location, beach front views and amenities were awesome. The hostess was attentive and extremely easy to work with. She made the stay perfect for my wife and I.
