Enjoy a view of both the beach from your own private balcony! This family-friendly studio features everything you need to settle in and enjoy your trip to the beach. The wet bar-style kitchenette features a full-size refrigerator to store all your leftovers from local restaurants. Settle in and watch a favorite on the TV when you come back from the beach.

Things to Know
All of the resort amenities are closed until further notice.
There is ongoing exterior maintenance Monday- Friday and guests may experience noise from 8 a.m - 6 p.m.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This deserves a 0 star
I experienced a multitude of issues. From check-in, parking, door hanging off the hinges, the cleanliness of the room, the patio door not looking, and the customer service from a rep, supervisor, and a local rep of Vacasa was horrific. The best thing about this place was the view. But, only until 8 am because there were workers on scaffolds in front of my balcony. This information, about construction, was not relayed on the site when I booked by reservation. It only mentioned the pools and other amenities were closed. There was banging on the outside and the room above me. Sleeping beyond 8 am was not an option. Had I known, I would not have booked the room regardless of the price.

Trash and underwear left in unit, grease knobs broken, door doesn’t close well and parking deck closed several months per front desk so very limited parking I sent pictures and comments to Va Casa Mgmt via text reply and Ed Rod someone would clean but never showed up next day after arrival. Reflects ooorly on VRBO to list this property . Happy to share pictures if interested

Room could use a lot of TLC
Unit is in need of a lot of work . What is Bad I had read where it all was listed in March 2022 but I thought it would all be fixed . Door would not close unless you slammed it ,Slider to Balcony door is hard to open and close, ceiling is peeling drywall , Chair in room looks very Dirty . No bath towels .This room has a great view but for the price we paid everything should be in better shape . I called Vacasa, they said they would get someone on it ASAP. A repair man shows up the next day and looked at Doors said nothing he could do. He said entry door and balcony door needs to be replaced but everything was an HOA problem. Although he did get me some bath Towels

It was okay
It’s was a good unit for what we needed. However, I asked prior if other peoples complaints in the reviews had been fixed and they said yes but they were not. Also there was a mold issue in the shower and when I called they addressed it immediately. Unfortunately, their answer was just to cover it with caulk.

paint falling off ceiling, fridge is rusty, crown molding above sliding door falling down, sliding door hard to open, front door very hard to open and close, on off switch on lamp doesn't work.....very clean room, great view, great location, would stay there again

WHAT A SHAME
Let's start with the good. Absolutely amazing view from the room. Directly over one of the pools/tiki and perfect view of beach. Directly across from elevator and exit to parking garage. Now the bad. Unit is in dire need of tlc. Entire ceiling is peeling drywall texture and paint. Entry door is literally falling of the hinges. Slider to balcony is extremely hard to open. When my wife and daughter can't open either door by themselves that is a problem. Unit should never had been rented in this condition. Kitchen is poorly stocked. Vacasa said they would get back to me but never did. What a shame, it could be a great unit
