Perfect beach getaway!

Exactly what we were looking for! Great beach view, sparkling pool, close enough to enjoy the 4th of July fireworks( from our balcony!) , but far enough away too!

Labor Day weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay, the room was nice and clean and equipped with everything needed. The pool and hot tub were just what we wanted.

Great views

Very cozy condo, with great views of the beach! Short walk to the concert venue. We would definitely stay there again, maybe for Jeep beach next April.

Weekend at the beach

The condo was great. Very clean and comfortable. Great ocean and pool view from the patio. Heated pool was very nice. Beach was easily accessible. Will definitely stay here again.

Getaway

Room location was excellent with good view of beach and pool. Room is comfortable for two people. Fitness room and activity room was clean and orderly. Two excellent restaurants about a block away and boardwalk well within walking distance.

Great for the price!

The hotel is older, but nice. The room was wonderful especially for the price! The sofa bed was broken, but the host put Ottomans in that turned into little beds. They were a little hard, but OK for kids. A great view with beach accessories! The kids loved the pool and beach! Great location! The host was very helpful! Would definitely stay again!

Incredible Ocean Front Value

If you are looking for an oceanfront place to stay then this is the place to stay! The resort, while older, is well maintained. The room, kitchen and bathroom was supplied with about everything you'd need. Communication with the owner Nancy was fast, accurate and positive. The view was great. No obstacles to seeing beach and ocean. We would have no problem staying here again.

Nice beach location

Excellent stay. Right next to the beach, beautiful view and it was a good space for one night stay with my daughter. One bed and ottoman that turns into a bed. Couches are also available. Parking was a little hustle when we stayed (I think it was because of events going on around the area) but the host was very kind enough to help me find a spot for us over the phone. Very communicative host and helpful host to accommodate our needs for the stay.

3 night stay

The check-in process was extreamly easy. The host made it easy and was very prompt about returning texts with any questions that we may have had. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had is the property has some construction going on and they start work rather early. Other than that everything was great.

Nice place!

Just as described. Accurate description. 2 large sofas. Ocean view was the best part of this place. Access to the pool will require a key, which I think it’s a great plan. Beach accessible was a plus, we didn’t have to walk far to get to it. We really love the location. We”ll definitely come back to this place.

Perfect place to relax

Property was just as expected. The room was very nice with its own separate bedroom. The view of the ocean and sunrise from pool or balcony is priceless. I love this resort and have stayed in many rooms here. This is my favorite so far. It’s the perfect place to have some real R&R

Excellent ubicacion & beach view. All needed Kitchen utensils to make your own food including towels & sheets. MY ONLY CONCERN IS THEY HAVE TO CHANGE THE BED & DO BETTER JOB ON THE CLEANEST OF THE PLACE.

Great mini vacation

We absolutely loved this condo, it was as described, check in was a breeze and we were so happy the unit was ready early. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the balcony, got up early on our first day to watch the sun rise. Weather was a little cool but the heated pool made up for that, having beach access was great. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops but far enough away so it was quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable. Communication with Nancy was terrific…we’re already planning to stay again next year.

Stay was great!

Nancy was super accommodating, and always answered all of our questions. Will definitely be back, kids loved the pool, beach view, and overall experience. Keyed entries are kinda a pain, but are what is needed for keeping the guests and my family safe. Next door, water park is a bit shady. But it’s public.

Home away from home

Went for a mini vaca, this place worked perfect for needing somewhere to lay your head and enjoy the sound of waves! Only a few cons-keypad worked first day to get in, didn’t work rest of time which was fine bc she supplied keys! Another con-it isn’t “part of the hotel” so if you forgot shampoo/conditioner like we did (bc we are used to hotels providing) they can’t give any even if you pay bc it is privately owned. Rest of the stay was perfect! The temp was perfect! Being on the 2nd floor was nice, not super high up and still ocean view! Had extra towels and blankets, beach chairs/umbrella. Hotel staff was friendly when needing recommendations or info. Nancy answered any questions or concerns we had, very personable and easy to communicate with! We will definitely stay again!

Perfect Place On The Beach

I’ll start by saying that the few negative reviews I read prior to my booking were clearly written by the type of people that will never be satisfied in life. This place was exactly as described but even better in person. We slept comfortably on the bed and couches. The kitchen had everything we needed. The living room was comfy with one of the best views of Daytona Beach with the pier in view off the balcony just north a short distance. The pool was nice, heated, and clean, with lots of seating. The lobby staff were very helpful and polite. The game room and fitness area just off the lobby were also nice. The beach was clean and has a lifeguard station about 100 yards north of this unit. There’s a small beachfront park right next to this property if you have little ones. A Publix grocery store 3.5 miles north right on Atlantic Ave. 2 beach front restaurants 5 minute walk up the beach on the way to the pier. There’s too many great things to list especially for the price. Nancy the unit owner and host was super nice to work with and very accommodating. Because of Nancy and how nice our stay was here, we will definitely be back! Great times, great memories!

Set up for the basic economy minded.

Great view of the ocean!!!! Pool and hot tub are good. Room entrance keypad not working properly. Not nearly enough outlets, only a small lamp in main room, making it dimly lighted with no overhead lighting. Livingroom couches are broken down and very used. They definitely need to be replaced! Bedroom has a window to the hallway... why??? Lol There are shades on the window, but at night the bright hallway lights shine into the bedroom. Should have blackout shade or just paint the glass window to the hall black... nobody would ever want to look into the hallway from the bedroom. This isn't on the owners but water pressure on he shower is not great. All in All... it worked for our 3 night stay, but I'll look for an upgrade next time I'm in Daytona Beach. If you just need a place to crash its a doable economy choice. Owner is very responsive as well.
