Enjoy your winter in the warm sun in this Port Orange home. This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary bedroom has a king-sized​ bed, a tall chest of drawers and a long dresser with a mirror. This bedroom also has a 32" tv and access to the full private bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have access to a full bathroom. One bedroom features a queen bed, dresser and nightstand and the other bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed. This bedroom also has a 32" tv. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a comfortable family room with 2 full size couches and a recliner along with a 50" tv. The family room also has a ceiling fan. The kitchen has all major appliances along with all small appliances including a Keurig​, a toaster, microwave and all the pots, pans and skillets you will need to make a great meal. The kitchen has a small table to seat 2 and the adjacent dining room seats 4. Outside on the screened lanai you will find another table that seats 4 and a gas grill. There is a solar heated pool that does a good job heating when the weather starts to warm up but will not keep it warm when the nights are so cold. There are lounge chairs along with pool toys and a fountain water feature. Enjoy watching the birds and fish jump from the lanai as you over look the large pond. This home is in a quiet neighborhood that is a 10 minute drive to Daytona Beach, 10 minutes to the Daytona speedway and 10 minutes to the Daytona Airport. It is about 1.5 hours to Disney and about an hour to Port Canaveral.

Graduation get away.

We stayed at Lori’s lovely home while in town for ours son’s graduation at Embry-Riddle. Location is perfect close to everything we need. Her house is well kept and stocked with all the little things. My family really enjoyed our trip.

Perfect getaway!

Great place to stay!

Lori is a great host and their property is fantastic! Easy to get to the race track and to the beach! The house was super clean and plenty of room! Pool was nice and will definitely stay here again!

Family Fun in Daytona

Wonderful home and location

The house was beautiful, the communication was amazing and the location was convenient. Having a neighborhood Walmart less than 2 minutes away is great for anything you may have forgotten!

We were able to spend a very nice vacation in the house. It is quiet, has a beautiful view of a lake, an intact mosquito net and is very clean. We can only recommend it.

Great house in convenient location

Great property exactly as described. My family spent three nights here while attending an event at the speedway. It was super nice to return each day to this quiet home and enjoy the screened in area out back by the pool. It had everything we needed.

Lovely location and home

My brother, and 80-year old father stayed over a race weekend. The home was wonderfully setup, beds comfortable, and facility was very clean, safe, and inviting. The pool was salt water, and very well kept and clean. It was also a god send at the end of long days at the track. We had a wonderful stay. If I were forced to identify any down sides, it would be impossible, but I would remind the next guest to bring shampoo and soap or you can buy them there.

Port Orange house

The house was very nice. Had everything you needed. Your mattresses have seen their better days. We are used to sleeping on a very firm mattress. I would recommend it, especially if you have kids.

Perfect vacation spot

My parents, my spouse and I traveled down for a two week stay. Their home was perfectly fit us, giving us space as rooms are on each side of the house. The pool is heated so it stayed hot no chill. The water fountain is on for 12 hours, which adds to the serenity! My husband fished almost every day. He loved it! & my mom and I loved being in the pool watching with my elderly father enjoying seeing him under the running ceiling fans! Each bed was comfortable and everyone slept wonderful! One thing we realized after arriving home, we never heard vehicles passing! The owners were quick to respond to any questions.

Perfect Vacation Home in Port Orange / Daytona Beach – Highly Recommended!

We rented this vacation home from June 13th to June 21st, 2024, as part of a multi-week trip from Miami Beach, Deerfield Beach, Tampa, Daytona Beach/Port Orange, and ending with a week in Atlanta, GA. This vacation home in Port Orange is beautifully laid out, impeccably clean, and very well maintained. It is located in an excellent neighborhood with essential infrastructure like in close proximity. Port Orange seamlessly borders Daytona/Daytona Beach to the south. Many excellent restaurants are reachable within minutes. We found everything as we wished, nothing was missing. During our stay, we had a question which was promptly and satisfactorily answered by Lori Menninger. The internet access was also excellent. The air conditioning worked very evenly and comfortably. The solar-heated pool was in an impeccable, excellently maintained, and clean condition, with the pool water being pleasantly tempered – it couldn't be better. In this vacation home, it is exemplary! This excellent condition is certainly not taken for granted everywhere. We always research thoroughly before our stays and were once again very fortunate. Since we have a very good friend in Daytona Beach whom we visit regularly, we will definitely want to rent this wonderful vacation home again next year. We are already looking forward to it! We had a great time!

We stayed here for 4 nights - me, my husband, our 4 year old son, my in-laws and my mom. Set up was great with bedrooms for all of us. My son swam A LOT, pool was still chilly so we kept having to make him get out to get warmed up but had it been warmer he would have been in ALL day. One thing that would have been helpful would have been more places to hang things (suits and towels) to dry as my son was going through multiple suits/towels. The kitchen was well equipped, we were able to cook all the meals we wanted to make and there were spices and other things available that were helpful. The neighborhood was great, we took many walks and felt safe to do so. Great location with Walmart food market right down the road. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises from the pool deck overlooking the river and nature. The host, Lori was absolutely great!! She was so quick at responding anytime I had a question. She also was easy to work with as our plans changed and we needed an extra night which she added on to our stay easily. She was also helpful with sending a reminder msg about check-out. Our only complaint was that it could have been a little cleaner - it was still fairly clean but you could tell the house was a rental and maybe the cleaners didn’t do a real thorough cleaning before our arrival (like in drawers etc.) - however, this would not stop us from recommending this house or renting again if we were to ever come back here.
