-Spacious Modern Designer Apt -2 Bed / 2 Full Baths - Full Kitchen with Granite countertops - Polished Terrazzo floors - Coffered Ceilings - Original Art - Technology Queen Beds - 800- 1000 Thread count sheets - Smart TV in Living Room Kitchen - Wi Fi - Tv's in Bedrooms *** Please Keep ALL Doors and Windows CLOSED at all time due to salt air destruction of electronics "Shoeless Condo " - Keyless Entry - Coffee Shop / Fishing Pier / Playground / very close to Intercostal / Yoga Studio Within 10 Minute Walk -The Space is part of a two unit Condo -Noise Consideration of other guests of utmost importance / There is a unit above and if heavy walkers or loud guest the noise does transfer that will sometimes bother first floor guests due to original construction of unit / we always ask guests to be mindful of others with noise and be considerate -Guest are not allowed to have food or drink on Scan Design Couch due to ease of staining of type of leather - All linens and bed spreads are of high quality and are expected to be treated accordingly - If guest deems it necessary to wash any linens owner will be contacted prior to cleaning - No harsh chemicals on floor (only dawn liquid soap with water located in unit ) -Guest are expected to remove sheets and place in laundry baskets upon exit - All trash is to be placed in trash cans located on easterly side of parking area behind lower fence -Dishwasher is to be loaded and run upon departure -All lights , interior and exterior are to be turned off along with Tv's upon departure Air conditioning is to be set at 79 degrees -Text owner upon departure -Check in time is 4 pm / Check out time is 11 am - Outdoor Living Space is Common Area with seating for ten people -South American style outdoor space with beautiful custom landscape lighting -Four parking areas in southerly side of property -Guest who under report number of guests will be charged for those guest for full duration of stay - Please know there is currently a construction project going on next to property. It was a beautiful place in a great location a block off the marina- where my kids were able to see dolphins. Very clean, everything is working order, and safe area. We would stay here again!
Other than some miscommunication around the door code upon check-in, this 2/2 condo was fantastic!
For the price, you can’t beat the location and what the place offers. I would definitely stay here again.
Year #2 for us of visiting the croton house for spring break. Perfect location and house for our family of 3. Place to park the boat, walking distance to our favorite restaurant Outriggers and walking distance to Flagler ave.
Nice quaint updated unit near the north causeway bridge, several restaurants and a coffee shop nearby. Outdoor courtyard was nice. Easy access and parking.
Clean, Peaceful, comfortable, nice people, If there were any complaint, which there is not simply because its vaca stay, if you are downstairs, heavy feet upstairs you can hear... location is amazing.
We really enjoyed this place. The space was nice and clean, all updated and the beds & large sofa was very comfortable. What made this space even better was the ability to park our truck & trailer there overnight. We have a 30’ boat with trailer & it fit perfectly. We will definitely be back again!

This was a great stay. The space was nice and clean, bed was comfortable, the owner was a great communicator. The location was ideal, close to so many things and nice and quiet, even with it being bike week!
